Dan has an appreciation for old houses and treats them with respect! D&K was hired to replace old gas furnace, replace ductwork and install new central air. Other estimates I got didn't seem concerned with leaving holes/old vents in my 85 yr old floors! All the crews cleaned up after themselves, were pleasant and amicable. A very good experience!!

Very professional, family run business. The owner came to my house and was up front about various cost options. He also took the time to answer some questions about an unrelated issue. The The HVAC tech and his apprentice worked very efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. They were also on time.

The installers arrived on time and conducted themselves professionally as well. I originally did not want a new thermostat but when the old one was not completely compatible the installer came back at 7 AM and installed a new one.

Dan is a great person to work with. He is kind and patient. He is a time keeper, and he apologized to us when his workers were caught in traffic. He offered reasonable price for the device that fits our property, and truly itemized use of every dollar. He finished what he promised beautifully in time. The online payment system is easy to use as well.

Dan visited and estimated replacing my entire HVAC system, both the gas fueled furnace and the air conditioning. He was not the cheapest quotation, nor the most expensive, but was a fair price for an excellent system at a fair price. They replaced the original, builder installed system in a very tight utility room. The work was done very neatly and on-time, completed the same day, and as quoted. Owner showed up for evaluation and price on the day scheduled and on time (unlike others that I called). When all was agreed to, installation was within a few days (very prompt). Installers were on time, professional and friendly. Plan to call D&K when service or new install is needed. Very pleased!!
