D & K installed a full central a/c with ducts and everything within 48 hours.

Came out on a Sunday! Had the best quote and made sure the crew was on time - who were really clean! It was a four day turn around which was amazing from start to finish. The price was the best price compared to the other guys who came out for estimates. Called me back a few hours after the work was completed to make sure I was happy.

I got quotes from multiple companies for a replacement heat pump and ultimately decided on D&K thanks to how thorough Dan was in his explanation. He was clearly trying to match me to the best product for my home and needs instead of trying to sell the most expensive equipment. The time he spent outlining the differences between specs in terms a layman can understand was great. In addition, the fact that he provides line item expenses makes it incredibly clear what you are paying for. The team that did the installation was professional, thorough and knowledgable.

Installation was great. one problem was I paid for new condensation pump (listed in contract) but the installer reconnected the old pump and it did and work and left a puddle of water on the floor. I called and it was taken care of that day. The owner of D&K, who evaluated and chose the system to be installed did an excellent job and was very knowledgeaable and professional. Price was fair. I am impressed.

He answered all of my questions and concerns, and assured me that he would assist me through the entire project. Living in an old house with an aging system caused concern for me.
