Tech came out within 2 hours of me calling. I had no heat at all on one of the coldest days. Tech, Allen, diagnosed the problem and got the part and came back late that night as he was determined to make sure I had heat. Very nice and thorough. Very pleased with the service. I will have them service my boiler every year from now on.

Highly Recommended. I sent an email to them at 2:30am on a Saturday. By 9am Sunday I had two calls from D & K. One from the owner and another from the service tech. By 10:30am I had a appointment window set for 3-5pm that same day. Yes!!! It was Sunday and the Ravens were playing a 1pm. To my surprise my system was up and running my 3:30pm. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and the co$t was reasonable.

I completely satisfied with the service performed. A tech was at my home on a sataurday for a dignosis of the heating problem I was having. I agreed that day for them to perform the repairs. THe following monday morning they were at my home in the time slot promised and fixed my heating issue. Would call again.

The owner Dan was very professional, and the men that came out to do the install were pleasant and thorough.

I was thrilled with how quickly Dan was able to schedule the installation of our new ductless heat pump. His crew of 2 worked very quickly (in and out in ~5 hours) and kept me in the loop as they went. Other than the expected dust, they left no trace that they were even there. The recommendation by Dan to have the ductless heat pump installed was great! We've enjoyed the comfort it has brought to our first floor immensely!

I placed the call at 8:00PM and they were out at 9:00AM. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were very honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Analyzed the problem quickly: the blowing fan was not working. On examining it he found the belt pulley had become loose on the shaft. Was able to retighten it. Cleaned the filter. Successfully completed a low cost repair. Agreeable personality.

D &K Air System did a great job for me. I initially hired them to perform yearly maintenance of my gas furnace and central AC. When Allan did the inspection, he found that the both the furnace and AC worked fine. However, the gas furnace was vented incorrectly causing a hazardous condition. The original owner of my house had an all electric system using a forced air heat pump. Dan Coyne advised me to replace my existing furnace with a two stage high efficiency furnace. He informed me that I will receive rebates from BGE and a tax credit from the IRS. The installation was done in only 3 hours and the furnace works great.
