Description of Work: They completely inspected the system. They replaced a couple valves and leveled a radiator. The bill was high, but very few people know much about old steam systems. Also, my bedroom is now warm. I would use them again, but I would insist on an estimate up front.

Description of Work: Although they prefer steam systems, they are competent on all heating systems and came and checked and serviced my very old oil system and when Frank left, I felt confident that I was still going to get a few more years of service out of it. I've recommended All Steamed Up to several people and will continue to do so. They're not necessarily going to be the cheapest price - but in a world of "you get what you pay for" - All Steamed Up is worth the money and peace of mind.

Description of Work: Others had told me that I needed a whole new boiler, but they were helpful in proving that I didn't. They did quite a bit of work on it over the course of two days, and ended up saving me about half the cost of what a new boiler would be. Our house is warmer than it's been in years, and my oil bills are lower! They really did a good job making the boiler more efficient! They were informative and answered all my questions, which I appreciated. I got the impression that I would be able to call them at any time, and they would be very responsive.

Description of Work: I spoke to him over the phone and he gave me some very valuable insight. He is very honest and does excellent work. I used him when he was with Cranston. This is an excellent company. The only problem may be they are very busy so hard to get an appointment with.
