Description of Work: have a termite service contract with them. had it for more than 18 yrs. would highly recommend this co. they come out once a year for inspection of inside and outside of home. If I have any problems at other times they come out and take care of it at no additional charge. I deal with the Gaithersburg, Md office. My contract expires August 15, 2015 and I will b e renewing again. |.

Description of Work: Discovered source of carpet beetle infestation. Did complete service throughout house. Set traps in case mice were bringing in the beetles. Returned for recheck following week. Will recheck house and provide any needed re-treatments two more times at four month intervals, but will also come out at any time should the bugs return.

Description of Work: We have been using Western Pest for a couple of years now. My regular technician is Tyrone and he is fabulous. Polite, neat, responsive, conscientious. He comes out for regular service but will also come out when any problems arise. We've had them out two extra times for ants this spring- once in the kitchen and once at our mailbox. Occasionally it can take a few days to get the tech able to come out but overall we are super pleased with this company. Our neighbors use them too.

Description of Work: The customer service rep came to house, did a full termite inspection, found termite evidence, & wrote up contract for my review. A few days later, upon my emailing questions of inconsistency between the contract & marketing materials, he ceased all contact with me despite numerous attempts to contact him by email.

 + -1 moreVery satisfied. They are good at giving advanced notice of maintenance service visits. They are very responsive to scheduling requests for ad hoc pest problems. Both the home office staff and the service technicians are very personable. Service technicians do a thorough and professional job, and most problems are resolved in a single visit. Where follow-up visits are required, again they are prompt and professional. Our biggest problem has been household ants (odorous house ants), which seems to be a widespread problem in our area. Since using Western, the problem is much less pervasive, and once treated, the ants have been kept reasonably under control.
Description of Work: I have an annual service policy for household pests. Western performs regular seasonal check-ups and services (like spraying exterior for ants in the spring), and also does services calls on request for specific pest problems. Price listed is for annual service contract.
