The guy was very professional. He did not attempt to hard sell anything, even though I was in such a panic I would have tried anything. He was very reassuring, and did not charge for the visit. He gave me some tips for the future. I really appreciate that and will use them again.

They are excellent and very good. They show up on time and are very polite. They were fair about their pricing and told that they would come once in every 4 months to spray. But if you have a problem, you can call them anytime.

I didn't face any problem; since the time they provided their service. Their quality of work was good. They were professional.

The service man was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed an inspection of each room of the house (corners of rooms/furniture, bathrooms, etc.). He placed monitors (glue board type) in specific areas of the house, treated the exterior perimeter of the house with chemical, and thoroughly explained Western's system of pest control. He answered our questions in a professional and patient manner. He advised us multiple times to please call at any time if there are any problems in between their scheduled periodic visits, as they want to make sure we are happy with the service plan. He recommended a termite inspection which we later had done. We have also since had a 2nd scheduled visit. We plan on sticking with them as we are happy with the service so far.

We decided to get rid of the problem ourselves.

Their service has always been satisfactory. We have an annual pest control contract for my property in Bellona. They took care of the problem with the bees very effectively. I have never given it a thought about what I like best about the company. They come out when I call them and they do what they have to. I don't have any pests. It's an old house where we have to be very careful about termites, and so far so good. I don't live there, so sometimes meeting up with the people and contractors over there creates a problem, but that's a mutual thing. It's not exclusively their problem. Their price is within line because I always do comparative shopping. Their responsiveness is good, but sometimes we have a problem with communication because I don't live there. Their punctuality is quite good. I would continue to use them.

They were fine but I opted not to use them. They were very professional but did not seem to have a service that suited my situation. I just wanted a one time servicing not an annual subscription. The estimate was good and the price was fair for the services they were willing to offer.

They were really good. They came right away and were reasonably priced. They got rid of the ants on the first trip.

I have used them for years. They have done a great job. They are very good. It is a very well run company. They are very courteous and professional. They always do what they say they are going to do. They are very nice to deal with. If you need something in between the scheduled times, you can call them and they will come out and take care of it. I haven't compared prices, but I don't mind paying them what I pay them. The price is fair to me.

They are very professional and thorough. They servicemen are very nice, and I was happy to have them in my house. Their service worked really well. I will always use and am very happy. The price reflects the annual service plan.

They come out once a year and we had a treatment in 1998. They put sticks in the ground and check to see if there is anything going on both inside and outside. They guarantee their work and will redo something if they have to. They send you a reminder card a month in advance to let you know when they are coming and to check if you are okay with the time. The same technician usually comes out, which is helpful because he was the one that did the treatment and know where to look and what needs to be done.

The kitchen was infested with cockroaches which the exterminator quickly and efficiently bailed. Since then we have found masses of dead roaches so it worked, and we have a 30-day guarantee. Another person from the same company came to give us an estimate for termites, but the cost was so outrageous (over $1000) that I just laughed.

I have a yearly contract with this company. They will send a notice for the date and time they are coming. I ask them to call ahead to let me know when they will arrive. I am satisfied with their work.

The first serviceman who came out was kind, professional and did a good job. After the first appointment, I had trouble scheduling a second appointment. The second serviceman came early, did not introduce himself, and just went to work. I showed him an area where there were some bees in a vent. I told him not to use a 5 gallon drum to stand on, however when I left, I found that he used the 5 gallon drum of deck stain and placed it on top of a wooden chair I had outside. It left an indentation on the chair. I did not appreciate this when I told him specifically not to use the 5 gallon drum. The third visit, the serviceman showed up without an appointment. I had some errands to do and I could not let him in to do the work.

I have been using them for several years. They have always been responsive and professional. I will continue my service with them.

The people are very polite. They are a very dependable and reliable company. They are able to answer any questions that we may have. We have been seeing good results since we started using them.

The technician was thorough and very competent. They came quickly and as scheduled. I was very favorably impressed, and will continue to use them.

I like that they send the same person every time. They are responsive and come on pretty short notice for something that is not planned. They seem to be well run.

They are very helpful. All of the guys were really nice to me and I enjoyed having them out to my home. I found them to be very well-trained individuals, knowledgeable on all levels their profession. They do offer a time line when they ill be out, and if they are going to very late, they will call and let you know.

They will send postcards ahead of time. If we are not at home when they come, they will leave a report as to what they did when they were here. When I call, I get the same person each time and I am confident in their work.

Western Pest Services has been coming every 4 months very regularly. We pay them a very reasonable annual contract. I'm not totally satisfied, though, because we still have a few ants. I can't give top grades, but they are above average in all of the categories.

This service started for us when we first bought the house. We have been very satisfied with what they do. We have never had an infestation and the men that come are very professional and careful where they spray. We definitely recommend their services.

This inspection went just fine. Nothing was wrong. I have been using Western for about twenty years now and they have always been really good. They also take a look around every year to make sure that there are no termites or other problems. I pay them yearly and that also includes any trouble we may have in between visits. I am pleased with them.

They are always on time, efficient and friendly. No problems. I'd recommend them.

Chris was very informative, honest, clean, and polite. I would have used Western, and will in the future, if I want an annual contract.
