They came and exterminated. They did a really good job and I haven't had any problems since then. They provided excellent service.

They came back couple of times. Apparently I can’t kill a squirrel and it’s against the law. They set up traps and they also are not allowed to leave them stuck in the trap. They would come back and check every day. If I check and saw something in the trap then I call and they come right away. It is inhumane to let them stay in the trap. Then I take them off to where ever the squirrels go.

I have a yearly contract with them, I have been using them for years, and years. They haven't seen anything on the monitors for years and years. They are very responsive, on time, and I will continue to use them in the future.

I like the fact that I can do that on a yearly basis and not have to worry about it. I also like that they are very quick to respond when we have a problem. When we have an ant infestation or wasps, they respond very quickly and come out to take care of the problem. We've been with them for 15 years.

I've been using them for years. They're very reliable and good. They come when they say they're going to come. I've never had a problem. I use them for preventive issues.

I thought they were pretty good but I also felt they were overpriced. I think I found them on Angies List, I am not very sure. I will use them in the future.

They come on a regular basis. They send us a postcard so we know when they are coming, which is good. They check the inside and the outside. They do a good job. We have been happy with them. We will continue to use them.

After living in my house for a few years, termites came in through the paneling in my basement. Western Pest treated for the termites, does yearly inspections, and has kept the termites away for 37 years.

They are coming out pretty often and we haven’t had any problem. I am pretty happy with it. It gets cheaper every year; next year its around $500. I would definitely recommend them because they do solve the problems and they always send out reminders that they are coming. If we need to reschedule, we can just call them and they take care of everything. They set it up and we don’t have to call them. They told us about other things that would help us like; there was a hole in our front yard that they thought might have been from some kind of animal. The guy told us that we should plug the hole up because other animals can come in and we wouldn’t know if the animal has rabies; and we have kids. They did other things that went above and beyond what I thought they would do; when they found the hole in our basement that a mouse could get through, they closed it up. They guy who came the other day found a hole in our garage; he said it was a mouse hole, and he closed that up. They were really nice and came quickly. They have taken care of us for a while and they were always very professional, very polite, very nice, and very friendly.

They are prompt, provide very good billing services, and their prices are fair. Furthermore, they deliver on their promises, and I haven't had any issues in the five years that I have been using them.

I have used their services for many years. I rate them very highly and I would absolutely recommend other Angie’s list members to use their service. I would continue use them in the future.

Recently, we found mouse droppings, and the technician came right out, which was on a Saturday morning. He answered my questions and set up the traps. They seem to have worked. They were prompt, and it was an effective job. I can call them and I know that they’ll come out promptly and deal with whatever issue I may have. I’d use them again, and I’d also recommend them to others.

It’s been an excellent experience working with them. If you need them in between visits, then they will come right out.
