Our experience was excellent. Communication was great - i was always kept abreast of progress, schedule, etc. The price was right, and the finished product and service were phenomenal. I would 100% use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

They did a fantastic job, and were incredibly responsive to our needs and concerns. The painting transformed our home, and made it our own. They skillfully painted the unique architectural aspects of our contemporary home, and made everything look clean and precise. Lee is extremely easy to communicate with, and responds to emails and phone calls instantaneously. He readily and patiently answered any questions we had. When we decided to add on new work during the job, they were able to accommodate our needs. And, when we realized that some work had been excluded that we originally thought was included in the quoted price, Lee was attentive and professional, and found the time to come back and complete all of the work at the original cost. They also came back to complete touch ups at $35/hour after all of the contractors had finished other work in the house. The price was a great value for the professionalism, service, and craftsmanship we received. We will definitely contract Lee and his team again for future work.

Lee is terrific to work with. He came out for an estimate immediately. We emailed back and forth to work out details of the job, which made it very easy for me. His workers (both Tim and James) were on time and did a great job. We were very pleased with the work, and would definitely use this company again!!

The painters were excellent. The bedroom, hallway, stairway and living room were completed in two days. They finished the dining room (wall paper removal, repaired cracks in plaster, painted walls, chair rail and trim in 3 days. They did an outstanding job!

We are totally satisfied with the work that Heritage performed. Their professionalism from beginning to end ( a three day job) was excellent! We enjoyed having the crew at our home. and would definitely recommend .

Repaired water damage to drywall on 6 sets of windows. Repaired two holes cut out for ceiling fan in living room. Everything look brand new! job completed in reasonable amount of time! An excellent job! well pleased!

Communication was fantastic, and very timely - couldn't have asked for anything better. The work performed was also well done. 1 day for patching and sanding, and 1 day for painting. We would definitely used them again.

He came out and gave me a quote, but it was very expensive, so I have canceled the deal.

Lee is awesome to work with. He promptly responded to my request for a quote. He showed up at the prescribed time to evaluate and price out the job. He got me the quote within the timeframe he committed. The price he quoted was right on target with what I thought was reasonable for the job, unlike another vendor that I chose not to work with. I was able to conduct most of the transactions via email, which works best for me and my schedule. The cost of paint was included in his price so all I had to do was email him the color I had chosen. I signed off on the quote on a Monday and he and his team showed up for the job on Wednesday morning of that same week at promptly 7:00 am, the time he said he would be there. He and his team showed up at exactly 7AM. He called me a little later to ask me what I would like him to do with a hole in the wall that should have been covered by an access panel. He gave me a couple of options, told me the cost, I chose, and it was done. The price remained exactly the same as the original quote other than the addition of the panel piece. The amount added was exactly what was quoted to me on the phone. The work was excellent. It looks great. After the job, Lee called me on the phone to follow-up to make sure I was happy. Now that is great service.

We used a Big Deal coupon. Everything went great. He painted the asbestos siding green and the trim white. There were moldy spots on the eves that were successfully painted over and the borders of the trim and siding were neat and straight. Lee at Heritage Painting has done a number of jobs for me and each has been done professionally and on-time. He and his painters do a much better job than your typical handyman.

The were very good. Very responsive to our emails - showed up on time and added in our last minute change. Owner came over that afternoon to check the work that was done. Quality work, on time and for a fair price.

It went great! Lee and his team were very prompt, showed up 8 o'clock on the dot and worked full 8 hour days. They were very neat, covering everything in the room and area. I'm very happy with the job completed. Lee was very responsive during the estimate and scheduling process. I contacted him for exterior work while there was still snow on the ground. He was quick to complete the estimate and then keep me updated on when he'd be able to schedule the job based on weather. On the day of the work, they were right on time and did a great job. The painting detail looks wonderful (a huge improvement over the terrible color choices of the previous owner!). They cleaned up well and it looked like they were never here. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.

They did more drywall than painting. The painting wasn't the greatest quality but it wasn't bad.

Lee and his workers did an amazing job on my home! I am a first time home buyer and when I bought my house I concentrated more on the vital systems of the house rather than the cosmetic issues. The previous owners cut a lot of corners to save cost when selling the home and it showed the most in the awful paint job. The entire main level of my house was an awful semi gloss Swiss Coffee color that showed every imperfection, dent and sloppy brush stroke. Lee and his team came in and spackled, sanded and primed my walls to perfection before putting on 2 fresh coats of paint. The difference is amazing! In addition to painting they repaired a few corners of my walls that had been abused over the years; you would never know they were chipped and dented. I did shop around for estimates (all companies from Angies list) and Heritage blew their estimates out of the water. A difference of $3,200 from one estimate! The moment I contacted Lee he replied within 24 hours and we were in communication until the project was finished. He was patient with my weird first-time-homeowner questions and even offered suggestions on colors. I was really appreciative that I was not passed off to another employee; working with Lee exclusively made the project feel more intimate. His crew was friendly, I enjoyed over hearing their conversations as they worked. At the end of each day they organized their materials and made sure my kitchen was useable. The project took 3 days (most of it sanding and primer) each day they arrived on time and took a brief break for lunch. I will hire Heritage again when I?m ready to do the rest of the rooms and I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

This is the second time that I have hired Lee Fleming of Heritage Painting. He is very professional, courteous, punctual, and hardworking. He came out two extra times (three times altogether) to give me an estimate because I changed my mind a couple of times about how the best way was to go about improving the kitchen walls. The walls had old paneling nailed to the original plaster walls. Finally, we decided that it was best to tear off the paneling, hoping that the plaster behind it wasn't in too bad a shape. The walls look beautiful now. Lee and his co-worker, Josh, are always on time, work very hard, will answer any questions that I have regarding the work, and are genuinely concerned that the customer is happy with the result. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.

When I decided several months ago to do an EXTENSIVE remodel of my basement in my mid 1960 era house I knew I would need a good drywall installer / painting contractor to do a very large amount of work in my home. this involved tearing out 3 rooms of old sheetrock walls and cielings , cleaning the entire area and then installing all new sheetrock. Lee Fleming has done an INCREDIBLE job for me . he shows up on time exactly when promised. works the entire day and his work is perfect before he leaves. I could never have gotten this job done without him. Lee cares about his customers and his work. He is 100 percent honest and does whatever he needs to do to make his customers happy.

Lee and his crew were great from beginning to end. Lee showed up on time to give us an estimate and advised us on small repairs that would need to be done to the walls prior to painting. He seemed very knowledgeable, so we felt comfortable hiring him for the job. The crew then came the following week, worked efficiently and did a very professional job. I ended up not liking one of the colors I had chosen, and Lee very kindly agreed to repaint that area with a new color that same day. It meant that they had to stay a few hours longer on the last day of the job, with no advance notice, and yet he did this very willingly. I was so impressed and grateful, not to mentioned thrilled with the new color! He was very personable, professional, and took great care to make sure no details were missed. I will definitely hire them again to do the rest of our house!

I was very pleased with the result. Lee, the owner, was on site for the two days the job took. He arrived exactly on time each day (8:00AM). Finished each day at 5:30PM. Including himself, there is a crew of three. It appears that everything in the house is in great shape. No paint spatters or drips that I've seen. All painters were professional and competent. The corners of the rooms and ceilings were excellently done. Trim work was very good. Though I tried to have the rooms mostly cleared out at the start, he helped me move a few heavy things. For the estimate, he arrived exactly when he said and the price he quoted was very competitive compared to the other two estimates I obtained. Lee was very responsive to my emails with questions. I would definitely use his company again for my next interior paint job.

From start to finish, it was wonderful working with Lee (owner) and his two great painters. They accommodated my need to get everything done quickly as I'm selling the house, and the job was completed in two days. Although they worked hard and long hours, attention to detail was still paid (and I'm very picky) and everything was impeccably cleaned-up after. The first day of the project was the day after a huge snow storm when most of the city stayed-in, so the fact that they showed up was hugely appreciated. They also touched-up the dining room and didn't charge me for it. Lastly, I really enjoyed how reachable Lee was- very quick to respond to email and always answered his phone!

Lee and his crew did a great job. Lee was very easy to contact and came right away for the estimate. The price was very reasonable and they were able to start fairly quickly. They painted 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the hall and stairs, and the living room / dining room. It took about about 5 days for all those areas, and it looks great! They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. They removed the blinds and curtains as needed and put them back. They removed all the face plates and left off as I wanted to purchase new ones. They were very accommodating with all our small requests. They did run into one problem, which was the ceilings had some stains which we didn't see until they put the first two coats of regular ceiling paint. Lee didn't complain, he just got some stain covering ceiling paint and put two more coats of that on. Now the stains are all gone. After all the work was finished I noticed two small areas that weren't quite right. Lee came by and fixed those areas with no complaint. The only downside was they put a plastic sheet over the dining room chandelier to keep paint off of it, but then turned the light on. So, the plastic sheeting melted a bit and the light bulbs got some melted burnt plastic on them. We will have to replace the bulbs. Not a big issue, but we thought they might have used a cloth sheet on the light fixture. Overall Lee and his crew was great. We would definitely hire them again. Our home contractor hired his own painter for his portion of the remodeling job and the painting crews were working some of the same time. I thought Lee and his crew were much better and paid more attention to detail than the contractor's crew. Great work!

Working with Lee at Heritage Painting was an excellent experience. He responded right away when I contacted them for a quote and showed up right on time on the day that had been scheduled. His quote was reasonable. We had to delay the timing for the actual work and when I got back to him he again responded right away and we selected a date and he advised me to pick out paint colors. Lee and two other men showed up on the scheduled date ready to work. They painted my kitchen, laundry/mudroom and a bathroom. They also repaired the walls in a bedroom and painted it. They covered everything before beginning work and were neat and clean throughout the process. They finished in the quoted amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. Later we had a problem with part of the bedroom wall that was repaired and again Lee showed up as scheduled and repaired the wall and repainted it. I will used them again for any painting or repairs that I need.
