They provided good service. They went above and beyond.

Pipco rep was unable to come out over the weekend to do emergency repair but tried to give assistance over the phone and called repeatedly to check on progress. Another company was able to come out and do the repair over the weekend of the breakdown but the Pipco rep was still incredibly helpful and concerned.

They arrived a few days after my initial call to them. They did a thorough inspection, took their time to answer all my questions, and gave me several ideas on possibilities. They did not rush me and were friendly and professional. They spent probably an hour and a quarter at my house.

Vince Jr. came and spent a lot of time with me, explaining my options and the advantages and disadvantages. I considered it a good experience, and they seem to place service at a high priority. I did not select them because I think I got a slightly better deal from another company that also had good service. Pipco was a close second.

Fantastic. Very prompt, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Will call for heater check in the fall.

I got bids from 4 vendors. They were lowest by almost 10% for equipment that was equal to or better than others offered. They scheduled promptly, cleaned up messes, made some minor additions at no charge, honored two coupons. Then submitted rebates for me on my behalf. One of the best contractors I have ever worked with.

Three days after my initial call was placed to this company I got a response.

Pipco installed the heat pump, air handler and all the related duct work in 4 days. Vernon did a very professional job. He was friendly and courteous. The heat pump is working fine and keeping the house at a constant 71 degrees. PIPCO is not quite up to speed on the fancy programmable thermostats and will have to come back program the thermostat to lock out the heat pump when the outside temperature drops below 32 degrees (where the efficiency of the heat pump begins dropping) so that our old oil furnace can kick on and heat the house on the cold Janaury days and nights.

I called for an estimate to put in an air cleaner on my furnace. I left a message on their phone on a Saturday (were not open). I was called back on Tuesday with a price of $$$ + installation. I asked what the installation charge was... she didn't know. I indicated I needed someone to come out and look at utility room to be sure the air cleaner would fit and to get an exact price. Said she would get back. NEVER DID.

Polite, work done in a timely manner.

I LIKE TO USE H A ELECTRIC, BECAUSE I AM SECURE IN THEIR ABILITIES AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. IT IS MY OPINION THAT THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR WHEN COMPARED WITH THOSE OF OTHER ELECTRICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS IN MY AREA.

THE AIR IN OUR HOUSE WAS VERY DRY LAST WINTER, DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE HAD TWO HUMIDIFIERS. WE NOTICED THAT THE BASEMENT HUMIDIFIER WAS NOT WORKING, SO WE CALLED PIPCO. THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT WITHIN TWO DAYS OF OUR CALL, ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD ARRIVE, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY (A DEFECTIVE SOLENOID VALVE), HAD THE REPLACEMENT PART ON HIS TRUCK, AND COMPLETED THE REPAIR IN AN HOUR. WE FIND PIPCO TO BE RELIABLE, COURTEOUS AND CAPABLE, SO WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY COME TWICE A YEAR. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DO WONDERFUL WORK.

WAS VERY IMPRESSED THAT THIS COMPANY CAN NOT ONLY ON A SATURDAY, BUT IT WAS ALSO A HOLIDAY. PRICES WERE EXCELLENT. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY USE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE SERVICES. I WAS IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

PIPCO HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE. THIS PAST YEAR WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM AND CALLED THEM, IT ENDED UP THAT WE HAD FORGOTTEN TO PAY OUR REGULAR SERVICE FEE. WE WERE WILLING TO PAY FOR REPAIRS (WHICH COST MORE THAN THE ACTUAL SERVICE CONTRACT.) HOWEVER, SINCE WE HAD ALWAYS HAD A CONTRACT THEY GAVE US THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND LET US RETROACTIVELY RENEW OUR CONTRACT. THEY ALSO ALWAYS CALL THE DAY OF A SCHEDULED SERVICE TO GIVE US A 2-HOUR WINDOW OF WHEN THEY WILL BE HERE.
