A bit pricey!

They installed 2 wall outlets. When I hired the company the technician said that it would not be a problem to pull a permit and get this project to pass inspection by the city. The work was supposed to be a correction in order to pass a final inspection. After the technician finished his work I called him and let him know I wanted him to go ahead to apply for a inspection which would result in him pulling a permit. I was surprised when on a call with the manager he said it would cost $268 to pull the permit so I payed for that also. Then the manager demanded another $350 for the technician to come inspect the previous electrical installation, that they had just finished installing. I think they are exploiting the situation so I declined. Why would this company want to inspect their own installation that they had just finished and had already been certified? BUYERS BEWARE this company will take advantage of you if you let them.

Our electrician was very knowledgeable and took care of both of our switches quickly and efficiently. He even moved the one that was for our whirlpool so that it wouldn't get water on it. He explained everything clearly and was polite. Will definitely use Clinton again!

We've been having a problem where multiple rooms in the house are temporarily losing power. They sent someone out and he spent about an hour trying unsuccessfully to find the problem. For that I was charged $500. I called Clinton to complain and got a call back from the manager of the residential division. He was great, apologized profusely, and refunded my money. So not a great initial experience, but they definitely took responsibility and made it right.

Lance, with Clinton, does excellent work and is always friendly and courteous.

No surprises, did exactly what was expected and kept us up to speed each step along the way.

Price is on the high side but good service & quality of work. They also add a visit fee which is in addition to charge for work. I got them to waive that fee if I had work done, but that is not their policy which I think is not fair.

Replaced my driveway lights, outdoor garage light, and fixed some electrical sockets. They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. Before I knew it they were complete and even adjusted the time on my garage light without even asking.

The electrician was good but my overall experience was not. Basically, I wanted to get my attic fan fixed or replaced. For $326 I learned nothing more than I already knew and still haven't gotten a new fan. Plus, their pricing for the replacement fan cost close to $1000. I felt they were less than forthcoming about their costs for the project. On top of that they tried to sell me a 'maintenance' plan. I will not use them in the future.
