The tech who did the work was professional and knowledgeable about his job. He did a fantastic job.

My service technician was very nice and professional. Eric wore booties and was very patient. We spent $450 for him to rewire our main level and upstairs master bathroom.

Great service and fast

it was a bit pricey but every one I communicated with was friendly and professional. because I am in the process of multiple home improvement projects I purchased the service plan. I like having my personal electrician and have scheduled my 21 point inspection.

Prompt scheduling and service. A bit pricey, but the work was excellent and completed in one day. I will use them in the future. The electrician, Jordan Mayer, was top-notch and explained things well.

They are pricey but worth it because they do get the job done. Be careful because they like to add on to the services while they work. The guy I had he told me he would put everything back which he did but he didn't seal the walls back properly or seal it up the way that it was found. I do like that they have their prices all in a book that they carry. The customer services was good until he was telling me what he was going to do but he didn't follow through. For example, he told me he was gonna seal my light switch up and paint it because he cut too big of a hole in it, he sealed it but it was sloppy and he never painted it. I like the fact he did do what I requested and finished. I would recommend them but only if it's a simple service I need done.

I paid $200.00 for a light Celling light installation. It cost more than the fixture. It took him 20 minutes to complete the install. I was quoted a lower cost and the $49. Call fee was rolled into the cost. I did not like the cost but couldn't afford to call anyone else because the fee was due to them. I felt trapped.

The person that came to our house was very courteous and explained the work he was going to do very well.

I may have asked them for something they were not prepared to deliver. My portable generator failed, and they sent a great technician (Bob L.) to look at the problem. It needed to be replaced, but there was difficulty placing the order. Contact was spotty at best.

Timely, work was complete quickly and the site was cleaned up well and both of the gentleman that were here were professional and friendly. I will use them again!

They checked my generator and said nothing was wrong, that the problem was probably with the electric companies transformer. My problem still exist. The electric company sent people out to check the current coming to my house and said everything is okay. They are going to install a monitor to check what is going on when there is an outage. So as of now my generator does not come on.

I was charged $60 just to have the election show up at my house. He was scheduled to come between 10-12. He arrived at 2:15. I was charged another $60 for his efforts in trying to replace a halogen bulb into a puck light under a kitchen cabinet. He was NOT able to do this.

Clinton contacted me immediately and scheduled my appt. Emailed me the name and picture of the electrician that would come to my house. He identified my problem within the 1st ten minutes, and showed me things I could check in the future. I was very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
