+ -1 moreI was given a timeline for completion and the cushions were done before that date. They were exactly what I asked for. And not only is the final product great but Debbie and Peggy were a joy to work with. They made sure that they understood my requirements and were very friendly to deal with. Now that I know that I have a terrific home décor workshop in my area I will be having other projects done there. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have an unusual shaped chair and I needed some new cushions for it. I provided information about what I was looking for, the measurements and chose a fabric from their stock and Catoctin Hope took it from there.

+ 0 moreThe cushions had tucks in the seams at the corners, tan zippers were used though the cushions were made in black fabric. The zippers were installed on the sides of the cushions rather than in the back, which makes the the zippers very visible. Even with the old cushions in her hands the new cushions were the wrong size. I spent a great deal of money on outdoor fabric to replace cushions for two chairs and a three-seat sofa. All wasted because of poor workmanship. I sent a letter with pictures asking for resolution of this problem and have not heard from Catoctin Hope Chest in the 2 months since the letter was mailed.
Description of Work: 5 sets of Outdoor replacement cushions (bottom and back) were order from Catoctin Hope Chest in January 2010 - to be finished before spring. I provided the Sunbrella fabrics and a set of the old cushions to be used as models for the new replacement cushions. After mutilple emails and phone calls, and finally approaching owner in person in April, I picked up my cushions in May. I was incredibly disappointed in the workmanship.
