Before our move, we asked Troy if he knew how to move and set up a Sleep Number bed and he said"yes", he knew how to move the bed and set it back up. When he came to move us, he looked at the bed and said, "I have not seen one like this", and was asking me how he should disassemble the bed, I said to him, "You said that you knew how to move the sleep number bed, but if you need help disassembling it, I can call sleep number to give you instructions or I can find a video online for you. He responded, “I got this,” then he asked me to leave my bedroom room because he knew what he was doing and my standing there was only making him nervous. So I left the room, trusting that he knew what he was doing. Now I am upset that he refused to get the help that could have helped him to disassemble and assemble my bed correctly. On Thursday, February 28, 2019, I called Troy at We Move DMV regarding my bed because it is longer working. Screws are missing and it is out of alignment (off the rails) which has resulted in the remote not working. The bed was purchased for medical reasons and because he did not correctly assemble, I am not able to use it. I told him that I called Sleep Number and the cost for them to come out and troubledshoot the bed is $199.00. He mentioned that he could supply the screws that are missing. This issue is bigger than missing screws. He requested pictures which I agreed to send him. I sent him pictures as he requested and as of today March 12, 2019, he has not responded to my additional claim. He has blatantly ignored both my text and my email correspondences. As a result, I am writing this review to make others aware of the unsatisfactory service I received.

I would like to put some perspective to [Information Removed] comments. This is more about principal than anything else: Comment: "I have not seen one like this", and was asking me how he should disassemble the bed, I said to him, "You said that you knew how to move the sleep number bed, but if you need help disassembling it, I can call sleep number to give you instructions or I can find a video online for you. He responded, "I got this," then he asked me to leave my bedroom room because he knew what he was doing and my standing there was only making him nervous. Reply: This was all said in a joking matter. This was a basic adjustable base bed. Comment: Now I am upset that he refused to get the help that could have helped him to disassemble and assemble my bed correctly. Comment: On Thursday, February 28, 2019, I called Troy at We Move DMV regarding my bed because it is longer working. Screws are missing and it is out of alignment (off the rails) which has resulted in the remote not working. Reply: This move was done from Arlington, VA to Hilham, TN on Jan 30, 2019 with two 26 foot trucks. The call about the bed was made a month after the move. I personally stayed in contact with the family up Feb 12, 2019 and there was no mention of the bed. We even took care of some other issues we had with the move. We took care of those issues immediately with no questions asked. If we felt this was an issue that we caused we would have done the same with the bed. Comment: The bed was purchased for medical reasons and because he did not correctly assemble, I am not able to use it. The response to this request may have been unfavorable but we did respond. This was not about $199 this was about principal. Bottom line is we do not like to leave any client dissatisfied but we also have to protect the integrity of WE MOVE DMV.
