Justin, the owner was very professional. He explained the process in detail, showed up at the time he said and delivered carpets looking new.

Justin is a consummate professional and exudes pride and confidence in his company's abilities. I hired Midland Floor Care to restore an Italian ceramic floor that had been neglected for over a dozen years by a prior owner. Justin took the time to educate me on how to restore the additional damage that a cleaning could not do. There is grout missing and some too damaged due to years of neglect. He was patient, and kept me informed every step of the way. It's only been a few hours since he has left but I'm ecstatic of the results since he has left and the grout is showing beautifully. Justin took the extra time to inform me on how to clean the floor going forward and how to replace grout damage that is missing or damaged beyond repair. I've already scheduled an appointment for Midland Floor Care to come back and clean my carpets of my recently new purchased home.
