An excellent experience from the prompt phone call after I contacted Service Magic to the work on the project itself. Justin is a pleasure to work with; he answered my questions, arrived on time and did a great job. He was very honest upfront about what to expect with certain stains, but the carpets look brand new after he finished; thank you.

I submitted a quote through service master and Jason called me within 2 min of service master giving him my informaiton. that showed me that he wanted the work. i wasn't able to see how he worked with furniture in the room because the rooms were completely empty. He did a great job for the price and I would hire him again and recommend him.
