Mark provided me with an estimate over the phone based on the size and measurements of my home. He made arrangements to come out the next morning, and he arrived on time. He completed the project faster than the estimeted timeframe, and the bill came in under the estimate. We were so happy we even gave him a tip.

Mark called me right away and made an appt..and he followed up beforehand to tell me he was on his way. He did a very thorough job. I was home to watch since I had never had my gutters cleaned and did not know what to expect. They were clogged on three corners of the house, so it was a good thing they were cleaned. I did have a ice dam in the winter on the most clogged side of the house, so hopefully we will not experience that again. Mark was professional and efficient and I would recommend his service. And, he was very reasonable in what he charged.

They said they came to clean the gutters but gutters still filled with leaves. I could see from my loft. Their work is either shoddy or not honest.

He cleaned the gutters, did a good job. I had other jobs, called him twice to get an estimate of the cost and he kept giving me the run around. I haven't heard from him in two weeks, but will tell him when and if he calls that I will not be using him again.

I dont want to rate the work he did until he comes back to fix it. He came out and fixed it but then it broke again within a month -and he has yet to fix it properly! He said he was too busy to come back and do the job . I already paid him for the work and it is broken again! He needs to fix this.
