Everything was great but I don't think he could have handled the task alone. My son had to assist with ladder safety and cleanup. Since I live in a townhouse my neighbor's siding on house got dirty and I had to clean when I came home.

Mark's Painting was hired to clean the gutters and downspouts on my home. We talked over the phone regarding what I wanted. Mark was very clear in telling me what he would do. After a week I called him back and he gave me the same quote and went to the house and did the job. There were no gutter materials on the ground, as he cleaned the areas of the debris from the gutters and downspouts. I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend to others.

Mark was fantastic fixing for different drywall repairs and painting them over. He called literally within 5 minutes of me posting the SM request, gave me a good estimate, was able to do the work just a few days later, called the night before to reconfirm. Did a fantastic job, reasonably priced. We added a few things on the spot and gave me a good price. Very neat, covered everything, no damage whatsoever. I could not be more pleased with his work and the overall experience.

Mark came quickly, was pleasant and professional, and cleaned up the debris from the gutter cleaning. The only reason I didn't rate him a 5 for quality is because I want to see what happens with my gutters after a big rain.

If you want a rush paint and drywall repair job with results that leave your home looking like a cheap hotel interior, Mark is the guy for you. He agreed to repair drywall, recaulk molding and paint 3 floors of my townhouse in four days with a crew of 3. He sloppily rushed the job, broke my daughter's bed, then did a sloppy job trying to glue the broken headboard, even after I told him that was not acceptable. He left the outlet covers off in my 6 year olds bedroom. He argued his way out of most of the requests I made to resolve shoddy work. I've spent a day cleaning up after him, and finishing his job.

Did a quick and thorough job. Presented pleasant and professional demeanor and even offered professional advice based in other expertise.

Service comes as promised. Job is completed on time. If outside of gutter is cleaned afterwards that will be appreciated.

Mark is great. He did an astounding job on my bathroom. It's probably better than new now. He resurfaced the plaster, painted and filled in a big hole left by a medicine cabinet I removed. Bath walls are smooth like machine. I also had him repair numerous plaster cracks from water damage all over the house. He even did a few small things I wasn't expecting at no extra charge and left me with a bunch of his own paint supplies. Gave me numerous tips and tricks to do on my own. He works quickly and left very little cleanup and unlike other contractors he shows up on time for estimates/ repairs and works quickly.

I hired him to both repair drywall and paint. Mark was on time and courteous. Work was not good, though. He came back promptly to do a second coat on the ceiling when I asked, but the second coat should have been done initially. I spent all of today putting a second coat on the baseboard moulding I paid him to paint and repainting ceiling trim that they covered with ceiling paint. I'm about to go work on scraping the drips of ceiling paint off my closet doors, which were not supposed to need painting. I also have ceiling paint in my curtains. FInally, there's wall paint on the trim and ceiling. Overall, just very sloppy.

Mark called me within 60 seconds of hanging up with Service Magic and was at the house the next day to clean the gutters. Mark was courteous and professional at all times and completed the agreed to work to my satisfaction.
