He was professonable, courteous, and on time.

Called quickly to set up appointment. Showed up as scheduled and did a great job.

Mark is a very nice gentleman. Gave me some great advice on some of my future projects. Some of the debris droppngs from the gutters cleaning were left on my back deck and in the driveway, but I was able to clean it up myself.

He called about 2 minutes after I after making the request. He was very timely. Explained after completing the job and made some recommendations. He was very professional.

He contacted me about 45 minutes after my search. Came to my house to do the job even with me not being home. Texted me pictures with feedback and progress. Overall really great service. Would definitely recommend.

He was quick to contact us and he gave us what we considered a reasonable quote for the service. I clearly explained that access to the gutters in the back was a full 3 stories high since we have a walk out basement. He came and did the front and side gutters in only a couple days. I acknowledge he had some difficulty for a 3 story level for gutters, however he gave excellent customer service and will work with you to accomodate your needs.

I had no more then filled out request and mark called and would be at my home within the hour. He arrived, I thought I would just get a estimate but he completed my job request expeditiously. He was very professional and friendly. I am hiring him for other projects as well as a neighbor whom I referred to him. Thank you . I used service magic several yrs ago and was satisfied with their work.

Didn't meet him personally but he came the same day , in the rain, as I called. Will have him work for me again.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Good communication. Very fair with his pricing. My only suggestion for Mark would be that he leave a message with his first call - I didn't answer and then wasn't sure which of my missed calls was from him, since he called from a different number than the one listed on his home advisor profile.

Mark responded first within minutes to my search for someone to clean our gutters/down spouts. We quickly agreed to early Saturday morning, only a few days after our phone call, and a price. Mark showed up on time and went right to work. He was able to complete about half the gutters when he ran into wet clumps of leaves from the over night rain, that were unresponsive to traditional methods. Mark returned a few days later to finish the job. He even cleared our large lawn of newly fallen leaves. Mark was professional, friendly, and very responsive to my concerns. I am very pleased.
