+ -1 moreI placed an order for 75 super plugs (for $97.50) and their stimu-root product along with a couple of other items. 2 days later they released a promo code where if you buy 105 super plugs for ($95.00) you get 2 stimu-roots for free! I called customer service and the lady that always answers the phone was the opposite of helpful. I asked if I could use the promo code but my order had already shipped so "she was unable to do anything to help". She also said my order was not even close to what the promo was for... what do you mean not even close.. it was the same thing but 30 plugs less and I overpaid by a lot! Horrible customer service! I haven't even received my products yet but I've now been reading their other poor reviews I'm not looking forward to it. Do not use them for your zoysia needs!

+ 0 moreThey sent me new supply of grass and it died within a couple of months during the summer. The product is no good, it does not do what the company says. I live in northern Ohio and it was not a dry season, the conditions were perfect for growing.

+ -1 moreNot good at all! They send a few sheets of grass, similar to what you can buy anywhere for $4.00 I am not KIDDING! Worse place ever purchased in my 60 years. In my opinion, total frauds.
Description of Work: They sell grass, regular outside grass. The more plugs you buy the more they give to you for free. They don't send plugs, they send actual grass. false advertising. DO NOT BUY from them! No kidding

+ -1 moreAll of the Zoysia plants ended up dying, even though I followed their planting/watering instructions to a tee. I had a feeling that they would, since they arrived all brown -- not even green like they looked in the catalog! I'm so fed up with this company I just had to let everyone know NOT to order from them!
Description of Work: I ordered plugs of 'Zoysia' grass from a catalog, which were guaranteed to grow into a beautiful grass using less water and mowing than regular grass. When I received my order of the Zoysia grass plugs, I noticed that they were all dried up and dead-looking. I went ahead and planted them immediately and then realized that I was shorted in the amount of grass plugs I was supposed to receive. I called Zoysia and apprised them of this, and they said they would send out additional plants, which they did... 3 weeks later!
