Everything was very good. The owner was the one that did the cleaning. I was able to make an appointment last minute, they came out, did every thing very quickly. Everything was great, very professional and good.

the reason why i chose them was because of their claim that their cleaning process wasn't as wet (and potentially damaging) as conventional steam cleaning, and carpets would dry more quickly. carpets were damp for longer than promised or described in others' reviews. they considered the spaces that i wanted clean to count for more "areas" than i would have. upcharges for "protection" (next time i might just self-treat the carpets with scotchguard). provider was nice enough, despite some scheduling miscommunications.

John & Justin cleaned carpets that have not been cleaned for at least 6 years. The carpet looks like new, even the high-traffic, worn-out spots. They were punctual, professional, courteous and very pleasant. The price was very reasonable. Overall: Outstanding!

Provider gave me a time window, called to say when they would be on thier way, arrived on time and got to work. They explained what they were doing, how long it would take and what I should expect. Two men came both were really polite and professional.

We called on a Friday and spoke to John Smith, the owner, hoping that they could come the following week. He was able to offer us an appointment for Monday between 1:00-3:00. On Monday he called at 12:40 to say they were 15 minutes away, and arrived promptly.We had a coupon to clean two rooms for $69.95. but after seeing the condition of one carpet, Mr. Smith recommended upgrading to deep clean for $99.95. We did not feel pressured, but agreed that we'd try the deep clean. Mr. Smith and one colleague cleaned both rooms in well under an hour. We noted that their equipment is newer, quieter, and more up-to date than other services we'd used; this was also the first carpet cleaner we ever had who used the small bathroom sink to get water, rather than taking over the kitchen. We will definitely use them again. The experience was 100% good.

I highly recommend this company! First, they use natural cleaning fluids and a number of brushes and machines to clean the carpets, which means they are not soaking the carpets with a ton of water and then extracting the water. This protects the flooring underneath and also means that the carpets dry very quickly. Our carpet was mostly dry within 3-4 hours. Our carpets were pretty badly stained in a number of places, mostly coffee and food, and Mean Green was able to get nearly all of the stains out, even the worst stain was removed 80% (a 6 month old coffee stain). The carpets look like new and I am really thrilled! Mean Green was on time, performed an excellent job and was courteous and professional. The price was very, very fair, especially considering the result! Probably the best deal in the area for carpet cleaning as I've called around.
