I received a call when the workers were on their way. Charles was friendly and professional! The work was done quickly and I was very satisfied wit the results!

I took advantage Angie's Big Deal and got more than my money's worth. I was called before the appointment to confirm, then again the morning of the appointment to say they were on their way and they arrived exactly on time. It was a big job cleaning the front window because they are very heavy and they didn't complain at all. The finished windows were gleaming and I couldn't believe what a great job they had done. They were very careful not to disrupt anything in the house and cleaned up in each room when finished. They were pleasant and friendly.

I bought a coupon in November 2011 for discounted window cleaning service offer. Contacted the company to schedule but they were booked through the month so we agreed on a day in December. The crew of three arrived early, got right to work and finished up in less than a couple hours. One person cleaned the outside of the windows while the other two did the insides. They did an outstanding job and did not make any mess.

The did a fantastic job cleaning our windows. My sole complaint is that they broke a string in my curtains and did not tell me. Once I reported the problem, they gave me no hassles in having it repaired and paying for it.

The Dr. Glass team tackled my floor to ceiling windows cheerfully and worked fast. I added some additional windows and we quickly agreed upon a price for everything beyond the scope of the Deal and I was very happy with their approach. Plan to use them again in the future.

Patricia and Geraldo arrived within the time window we had discussed and went right to work. I had purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal," which covered cleaning for up to 15 windows. My home contains a total of 41 windows (including storm doors, transoms, double doors, etc.), so we had to spend a few minutes discussing the total cost for the entire job. After that, Patricia and Geraldo went right to work, with Patricia working inside and Geraldo working outside. They did a great job. Our windows haven't looked this good since the day we moved into our house when it was new. They were friendly, professional, and left absolutely no mess when they left the premises. I would definitely use them again.

Overall, despite a bit of confusion in terms of the coupon purchased applying to storm windows, the owner was quite responsive and helpful in ensuring the work took place prior to Thanksgiving holiday and family's arrival. Work product was top-notch, involving a full cleaning of all windows for 1st time since we'd moved into the home nearly three years earlier (lots to clean!).

They came in. Said what they were going to do. Did it promptly and thoroughly. And left. me a happy camper

I think it was 2 people who arrived to do the work, windows done both inside and out. They worked around all the furniture and window treatments. They did the extra cleaning. Windows looked great. I will probably keep this up annually now.

I spoke with a rep from the company and he gave me an estimate of $145 and said they could come in about a week. We set up a date and time, I asked them to call me 30 min before arriving. My time window was 11:30-1:00. At 10:15 I got the call and 20 minutes later they were at my house. It was 2 men. The lead man was very professional. He asked me some question about my windows, walked through the house and reviewed the job with me and then they got to work. He was well spoken, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The work was completed in a little over an hour and they did an excellent job, the windows and sills looked great. They were very tidy while working. They both had a slide on pair of shoes that they changed into when they were inside working. They covered any furniture that was close to the windows and moved the furniture away where necessary and then put it all back. I had my windows done by another company a few years back. I found that experience to be stressful and unpleasant. Mostly due to 5 men arriving and then they were all over the house at once. The windows were clean but I was unable to communicate with any of the men doing the work. Nor were they as tidy or as professional. They were half the price, but you get what you pay for. In the future I will only be using Dr Glass.

The initial phone call to Dr. Glass went well. The person on the call was courteous and clear. The window washer was excellent. He did the job quickly and well, and was so polite and professional, I hardly noticed he was in the house. I loved it that he used a ladder to wash the outside of the windows on the second floor, rather than try to wash them from the inside. The second floor windows got so much cleaner that way. I will definitely use Dr. Glass again. They took all the headaches out of washing windows, and the price was reasonable. I plan to have them come out twice a year.

I bought an Angie's List daily deal for $89/10 windows. I received a call from Bill Mitchell, owner, within 2 days to schedule the appointment. I knew it would cost me more than $89 because I have many more windows than 10. I have two sliding doors, 3 large windows in front of house, 12 standard windows, plus three storm doors and nine odd-sized windows. The crew showed up promptly, and immediately went to work. When they left, my windows were sparkling, screens and sills cleaned, and no indication that anyone had been working on them. There were two windows (actually one sliding door and one large window) where dirt had somehow gotten between the two panes, probably through the caulk. I was shown the problems immediately and it was explained that they could only clean the outer sides. I would definitely use Dr. Glass again when my windows need washing.

Luis showed up on time with his crew, and worked until all was complete. they then asked me to go around and check the work. Luis showed me some broken screens and other things in need of repair. He was helpful and courteous.

The offer was for, I believe, 15 standard windows. The two employees arrived on time and did a very thorough job on every window in the house, inside and out, including a huge bay window and a large sliding glass patio door, which really weren't supposed to be part of the deal. I didn't ask them to do it but they said something to the effect "Well, while we're heare we might as well take care of everything." They cleaned up after themselves and disposed of rags, etc.

Two professional arrived right on time. One worked inside while the other worked outside. They were both very friendly and professional. The person who worked inside even took off her shoes in order to not track any dirt into my house. They worked quickly and thoroughly and completed the job with no hiccups. Now my windows and screens are sparkling clean! Overall, I am very happy with the service.

Very nice. Responsive when I called. Accommodating with rescheduling. And prompt when we finally established a date. During the job they were assertive yet unassuming.

The owner arrived with an assistant, he gave me an estimate for the additional work and offered to do the work then, which was fine with me. They worked for several hours, inside and out, sotrm windows, sliding doors with internal blinds, and large stairwell windows. They did an excellent job.

This company is professional from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and the crew showed up when they were supposed to. Because I had more for them to do than was allotted in my Angie's List bargain purchase, they had to give me another estimate upon arrival. The total cost seemed fair, given the huge amount of work they had to do. The windows had not been cleaned in many years and there were skylights in odd places and lots of junk to move around to get to the windows. They left the windows sparkling and cleaned up after they left so that all I had to do was enjoy the clean windows and the sunshine they let in. Overall, I am very happy with Dr. Glass and I would use them again and recommend them to neighbors.

There was an initial mishap with scheduling which resulted to us having to move our cleaning to a different day than originally scheduled - since it was a Saturday morning that was not a big deal. Also when we rescheduled - Dr. Glass came out on a Sunday am which was a big help to us. Barring that - they showed up on a time, worked efficiently and cleanly and did a great job.
