They were terrific. They did additional work and gave me a fair price. They did the work impeccably and I was very satisfied. I did not feel they came with the plan of getting me to agree to additional work. There wasn't any kind of bait and switch. They came prepared to do just what the coupon stated but I wanted the extra work. They showed up on time. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The service was excellent and the windows were so clean. The guy was so professional that he even took off his shoes in the house. I had one problem with them that happened about five months later when they called me to say that I owed them $32. When I first contacted them I used the coupon and they told me there would be an additional cost because they charge you for each pane in the window. If it's not a two pane window each additional pane you have to pay for and most of my windows were 12 pane windows, but it wasn't much and only $32 extra. I distinctively remembered having the check ready when the gentleman came. I told him that I didn't think I owed him money, but he could send me the invoice and I'll look at it. I had two checks that I didn't write down what I had written the checks for, so I went to the bank. They looked up both of them and in fact one of them was the check that I had written to the company. I had the bank give me a copy of the canceled check that they had cashed. I sent that and the invoice back with a little note telling them that I hope this cleared up my account, but I'm upset because they never called me back to say thank you or sorry or anything like that. They never acknowledged that they received or called me again and that I did not like. Their price was good and the job was good, but the guy who did the work has nothing to do with the people calling me even though I gave him the check. I would use them again, but I will also keep a copy of my check.

Great! Punctual, neat and fast. There was a large team involved and they took care of all the windows in no time.

They arrived four hours after the scheduled time of arrival. My wife had to cancel appointments because they did not arrive on time. The work they did was satisfactory and the price was reasonable. We have since used a competitor with much more desirable results.

It was a good experience. First rate all the way from the first telephone call to the employees leaving the premises after a terrific job.

Workers appeared on time. They were very professional and worked efficiently. The windows were beautiful. They even cleaned two windows at no extra charge! We could not have been more pleased with the work, from start to finish!

When I finally got around to scheduling an appointment, we had to wait 2-3 weeks (but it was between Thanksgiving and Christmas). From then on, everything went according to plan, without a hitch. The crew were fast and neat with the cleaning - well-organized and thorough, and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them without reservation, and will certainly use them again.

With exception of leaving stains in carpet, whichI cleaned up, from window-washing drips, good value.

They had different ways of counting the windows the second time out. It was much more expensive per window the second time around.

The setup for the service was very easy. The times of availability were great and flexible. On the day of service the gentlemen showed up on time and were prepared to do the work. However I have double pane windows and some very high up. I asked if they got my back windows at the top of my house and they said yes but when I looked at them they didn't appear as clean as the others. In addition after you take a deeper look at the windows they don't get the crevices good at all. My windows in the crevices were still very dirty and hasn't been touched. I could of done a surface clean my self. I wanted them to get in the cracks and really clean the windows. Ended up going over them myself.

- Luis explained what was going to happen as he continued along the ground floor and second floor windows. When he and his wife completed all of the windows in the house he pointed out specific issues that needed additional attention or replacement. - Luis did have to reschedule our initial appointment; he was able to reschedule it within 3 days of the original. - I am very happy with the services of this company and will likely use them in the future.

Bought the Angie's BigDeal. The owner called within a day to schedule and had times the same week. A two man crew came and completed the job in about 90 minutes. The job cost more than the Angies BigDeal price, but that was OK for me as we have a lot of large windows on our house. The crew was courteous and very thorough, washing the windows inside and out, only missing one window behind a very large bush on our house which I failed to point out to them.

Not a happy customer in Washington, DC. I was unaware of the Angie's list surcharge on the special deal which drove the advertised price up. Angies' list did not also specify that the price quote did not include cleaning of the storm windows.Also, Dr. Glass' team really messed up my storm windows and screens. Some of the storm windows were not placed into the right window locations and some of my screens were bent by the Dr. Glass team which means that they no longer fit properly in the winmdow frames.

Fine for the most part although we needed to remind them that cleaning the window tracks was also included.

Really well. They were very accommodating - given the restricted access to some of the windows, yet they were prompt, professional and did everything with a smile. Windows looked great afterwards.

My overall experience was positive from start to finish.

The men arriverd on time to do the windows and I explained what else I wanted done. They did all of the work on the inside and outside in a professional manner, and if we noticed something was not quite clean or streaked, they corrected the problem. They were very polite and professional. The only problem was that I did not get a quote before they started on how much the additional work would cost. The $164.00 plus the cost of the coupon was higher than we expected.

The work was accomplished in two visits, which I hadn't originally expected would be necessary but really was not a problem. The first visit, at 1 p.m., was too late to complete the work before the daylight was gone. So we agreed that they would return the following Saturday at 9 a.m. (I was glad they suggested a Saturday, which saved me from having to take off from work.) One of the two gentleman who did the work, German, appeared to be the owner or manager of the business. He was very polite and friendly, and very thorough and careful in his approach. I didn't interact with the other person, whom German directed, but he clearly was a diligent and hard worker. Later the same day the work was completed, a friend came over to visit. Upon entering the house, the first thing out of her mouth was, "Wow, your windows are sparkling!" Naturally, I was pleased that Dr. Glass's efforts were that plainly noticeable! I would unhesitatingly recommend German and Dr. Glass Silver Spring for any window cleaning job.

I emailed the owner about dates, and coordinated so they could do ours and our neighbors' the same day. The owner stopped by in the morning when they were starting next door, and did a walkaround counting the windows. We discussed what windows should be included, and he gave me the price. The two workers were very efficient and polite, introduced themselves and got to work. They did all the windows inside and out in about 2 hours, and we have a lot of windows! The results were terrific, excellent all around. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

What a pleasure. They called ahead, showed up on time, did what they said they would do, were neat, and quick. I would hire Dr. Glass again.
