Dr Glass Window Washing

It was okay but I would not do it again. It took a while for me to actually remember that I have purchased the big deal but when they did come out, it ended up costing me $400 and it just was not a great job. There was an additional charge because I asked them to do more windows. My windows had huge streaks in them after the service. I could have cleaned them better and as it was, I did clean them better because after they left, I had to go back and clean them. They actually made them worse but I never bothered to call them and complain because it was not going to do any good and I just did it. It was an average experience and I thought that their price was expensive.

After the service was never performed, and I had called and complained, I somehow received an email asking me how the service went. Below was my response that I never received a response to. -- Thank you for checking in. I actually had a horrible experience with your company and do not plan on using it in the future. I had an appointment for Friday December 5th and the person was supposed to arrive between 8-9AM. When he had not arrived by 930AM, I called your offices and spoke to Wayne. Wayne apologized and said he would get back to me. He never called back, instead I received a call from the window washer about 30 minutes later. That guy told me he decided he should not come because it was raining outside and they can't wash windows (he should have called earlier) I told him that we had a photo shoot at our house with a magazine on Sunday and i would still like the indoor windows washed and that we have a few outside windows that are covered by awnings that he could wash. He didn't want to do that, but I convinced because I really needed the windows cleaned for this shoot. He finally agreed and said he would be there in an hour. 2 and a half hours later he never arrived and I called the office again. Wayne again picked up, and at this point I was so frustrated that I asked to cancel the service and explained why. I said this in a calm voice and was not yelling or overtly upset on the phone. I was trying to be reasonable. Wayne did not offer any apology and said that is fine, and immediately hung up. I was a little shocked that he did not try to help me out. I called several other companies to try to get someone last minute, when I couldn't, I finally decided to call you guys. I left a message and never received a return phone call. We ended up having to wash the windows ourselves though we were willing to pay someone to help us out.

They cleaned 35 windows onside and out

I called and asked for an estimate, someone came by the next day and left it at the house, I was not there. Next we agreed on the price and set a day to do the work. They showed up on time and did a beautful job, the windows sparkled. No problems and I would certainly use them again.

Daniel did an fantastic job. Very polite and efficient. The windows and screens look incredible! I will use them again to get my windows cleaned.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service.The people who came out said it would cost more than the deal because they had to take the grills out, but we had specifically called their office in advance and they told us there was no extra charge to take out the grills. So they had tried to hike the price and get some extra money, but they cleaned well and were efficient. Except for trying to get a little extra money I would rate them okay. I was not here when they did the work, my wife was.

Excellent! The windows are sparkling clean and have brought new life to the house. They did a thorough job, washing sills, fixing hinges on a detachable storm window and scrubbing the screens. They were friendly and pointed out a few existing issues that we should look into. I would use Dr. Glass again.

Dr. Glass arrived on time and went to right to work removing dirt, leaves and spider webs stuck on the windows. Even the hard to reach second level windows and corners were as clean as the eye-level windows. When they were finished, my windows were sparkling clean.

They did a good job. I would call them again.

Could not have been happier. Bill Mitchell responded to my inquiry right away, did the estimate the next day, and Moses and his partner were there a few days later. They did a terrific job -- without breaking any wiindows in the greenhouse! We had gotten an estimate from someone who was involved with the company that manufactured the greenhouse and they said they needed a scaffold to do the job, which would have made it really expensive (over $5000). While a scaffold might have allowed them to get the corners and edges a little clearner, Dr. Glass did a fine job and we have zero complaints. We think we got a really good deal and would use them again in a hearbeat.

They used soap and water, scraped the windows and then scewegee them. They were sparkling clean.

They did an excellent job of cleaning the exterior of all windows on a two story house. The house is on a hill, so the windows on the back of the house are very high off the ground. I was monitoring the cleaning process from the interior of the house, and noticed some spots they missed on two of the back windows. They got out their ladders again and went right back up to correct remove the spots. Very nice people. I would hire them again in a second (and WILL!).

Two workers arrived right on time and got right to work. I had windows that were never cleaned from new construction. They cleaned the windows, screens. and sills. I will use them again.

Not as well as I had thought. Since my windows were larger than typical, there was an initial discussion of how many windows would be treated -- a discussion I found somewhat at odds with the initial announcement. Once they got started, they were fast and mostly thorough although they somehow managed to put a scratch on my screen door. I would not use them again. I'm not sure when the service was provided - I made up the date

The provider brought a team of two. They were neat, professional, did not interrupt the flow of anything else that was going on, and did a very nice job. When I came to look at everything when they were ready to leave I noticed some spots on the walls inside of the skylights and they immediately tried to fix the problem. Extremely pleasant people. They have since contacted me to remind me it's time for this year's service ,which I appreciated, but they did not pressure me in any way. I would recommend them and will use again.

I was satisfied with the service provided by Dr. Glass Montgomery County.

Service was not completed because voucher expired before I could use it. Expiration should have been 1 year from request date and not 3 months.

Luis and his crew were professional and worked well. I would recommend them again.

The three employees that came out were very nice. I have recommended them to several others.

They were terrific. Competitive price-quick, on time, in and out in 2.5 hours. They brought a crew of 4 people, so they were very fast, but the job was outstanding. They wore flip flops when they came in the house to avoid getting it dirty. They were very polite, the job manager checked in from time to time, and they were gone as quickly as they arrived. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Used once service was good, have tried to schedule twice. The first time they sent an email canceling. 2nd time waited until 30 min before time to cancel after I took off work, called several times, and thye returned call 30 min before arrival time to notify. Updated 4-10-13: I called them back and on 2 different occassions they had canceled the appointment but they did not call me until the last minute to let me know. I scheduled them again and they called me a half hour before they were supposed to arrive and told me they could not come for 4-5 more hours. The owner called me and apologized and asked for one more chance, he said he would schedule me first so nothing would interfer with my appointment and he would give me a big discount. They called me the day before the scheduled time and said they would have to push back my appointment again. I canceled the service for good.

They were great. I would highly recommend.

I was extremely satisfied. They were fantastic. I had them do windows, siding, and gutters! They were outstanding. I once taught customer service, and I can say that their service was outstanding.

Do hire them-our windows never looked better!
