The windows are spotlessly cleaned. The screens were all dusted. Patricia and Geraldo arrived as scheduled. They were wonderful to work with, careful of all of our belongings, furniture, and rugs as they moved through the house. Careful of our shrubs and house on the outside as they moved ladders back and forth And they did a fantastic job. What a pleasure.

A team of three from Dr. Glass DC arrived in the early morning at the time expected. The group leader, a very pleasant and helpful young lady, asked me a few procedural questions and then they went to work. They were friendly, accommodating and efficient - the job was completed to my satisfaction in 1 1/2 hours. I would gladly use Dr. Glass DC services again!

The job went very well. The guys worked at a steady pace and the last window was done just as carefully as the first.

I bought the Big Deal with Dr. Glass. Luis responded promptly to my emails, and they were able to schedule a time to come quicker than I could. They charged me to clean the screens, and I wasn't expecting that. Also, they wanted me to stay home during the 1 hour and 45 minutes, but I was able to make that work. Ultimately, it was all worth it. I had no idea the windows were so dirty, but after as much construction as I'd done, it makes sense. When Dr. Glass left, it was like seeing the outside for the first time. I was glad to have them come. I'll definitely call them again.

Very well, excellent. They came on time. When I had asked the intake person at Angie's List for suggestions; the rep suggested having them walk around and give an estimate. When I called and spoke with Chris, she said there was a minimum. The cleaner came out and gave me an estimate before they even started so there were no surprises. This company came into our house and would change their shoes, very respectful and clean. They were very professional. I knew she was a hit when I saw her on the Nate Berkus show.

Three workers arrived on-time and went right to work. They were careful and did a great job. Terrific value with the Big Deal.

The team of two arrived promptly. They cleaned every window but also were very gentle with screens and climbing on windows not to leave foot prints, they double checked their work with each window.

They were very professional. Had good communications from my first phone call through the completion of the job. I also had them clean the screens and that was worth the extra $ as they did a very thorough job. Would highly recommend them.

My husband really enjoyed their services. He said they were thorough and really good. They came when they said they would. They were very quick and we have a lot of windows. They did a thorough job both inside and out. My husband said we would use them again. I thought the quality was great.

Actual costs much higher than phone estimates. The original estimate included washing the screens but then they charged extra for the screens. They broke a piece of the window frame which could have easily been fixed if they told us but they threw it away and didn't tell us. When it got dark outside we noticed the missing piece. We contacted this company multiple times they said they would replace this piece but then never followed up. We tried contacting them again and still no response. I would never recommend this company.

They clean both inside and out and are very efficient and thorough. They are professional and punctual. I would recommend them to others.

I contacted this company via e-mail. Tim responded right away. I sent him a window count and he provided an estimate. We then agree on a date for the service. On the day of the appointment, Otto showed up on time, went right to work and completed the work very professionally. We are very pleased with the work.

I called and got an estimate over the phone and the appointment was set up quickly (within a week). I had an expired coupon which the owner said he'd honor. Three young men arrived within the time frame promised. When the lead washer came in the house, he first removed his dirty shoes and put on a clean pair. I showed him the window that was very high up which needed to be cleaned and asked if he'd also clean off the dust and cobwebs by the ceiling near the window. He said, "no problem!" and then went outside to count up the windows and compare it to the original estimate (it was the same). He and his guys then quickly and professionally cleaned all the windows. I was very pleased with their work, their courteousness and they were very careful around my newly mulched plant beds.

Fred and travis were great. Right on time, cleaned difficult windows, polite. Great service. A little expensive but "you get what you pay for"!

When they left, we counted the windows and we had 16 windows. They charged us extra even though the deal we purchased was for sixteen windows.

A crew of 3 people arrived and got to work immediately. We have a large number of windows at my place (29), but they finished up within 2 hours.

I have a two-story family room with hard-to-reach windows and this company did a great job. The windows are beautifully clear and they cleaned the sills as well. They also removed the mullions from the inside windows and replaced them. The two workers that came were very polite and took their shoes off wjhen they entered my home. They also cleaned a huge mirror over my fireplace. I think the price may be a little high, but the care and workmanship are worth it. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

I arranged a date for the the window washers to come--they came on time and started washing the windows we agreed to. As I inspected the windows, I was not satisfied with the job that they did on many windows, so I told them they needed to be cleaned better. They said they had to get to another job, so they left, but told me to call the office. When I called Wayne, the office manager, he was very cooperative and agreed to come over and look at my windows. He arranged for another crew to come to clean them (even though I had to wait 3 weeks), but they used a different product on the windows (Crystal Clear 550), which cleaned them beautifully. They could have saved a lot of inconvenience (theirs and mine), had they used that product to begin with. However, my windows look great so I am satisfied with the service! Their interest and desire to provide satisfactory customer service is sincere.
