Description of Work: A man and a woman arrived promptly at the time promised; one worked outside and one inside and did a beautiful job cleaning 17 windows and screens. They were professional, efficient and very polite. They were through in little over an hour. I will definitely use Dr. Glass in the future.

Description of Work: Dr. Glass was punctual, responsible and thorough in cleaning all 22 windows in my home. The Angie's List Big Deal only included a certain number of windows and I purchased the rest on my own. Highly recommend Dr. Glass.

Description of Work: The crew was about a half-hour late . They said they had trouble finding our address. No problem . They spent two hours here washing all the windows in the house, leaving them cleaner than I have seen them in years. I can't really comment in detail on their work, which I did not observe. Sufficient to say the results were splendid.

Description of Work: Washed 15 windows according to expectations. Patricia the leader, was most courteous. We had to schedule twice since they were so late the first time. When we rescheduled they were late too. But there was confusion about doing the storm windows which I had thought they would be doing. The charge doubled when we computed what it would cost so I just had them do the inside and outside. But they could not have been nicer and gracious about the confusion and actually did a window and door that was not on the list. I would want to negotiate better the next time so that I know better what I am getting for the price.

Description of Work: Washed 15 windows inside and out; deal was for $89 but charged $40 for 4 windows with storms. The windows looked great when they were done. Only complaint is that they left the hose running, which I didn't discover until the water spilled over onto pavement.

Description of Work: I sent him an e-mail as instructed. He wanted to come that week but do to previous commitments I could not do it and told him so. He indicated he would contact me - I have yet to hear and am not pleased at all. This is the first time I have had an Angie's list vendor let me down.

Description of Work: Washed 5 windows and 2 sliding doors (and storm door). They did not make clear that washing the window well was extra. The screens were just wiped. They were very nice, the job was done promptly and it was a great job for the price (the cost above reflects the Groupon price that I actually paid).

Description of Work: Otto cleaned all my windows (actually floor to ceiling doors) inside and out. He did a thorough, professional job. He was extremely nice to deal with, as was Tim, the proprietor of the company, with whom I spoke by phone.
