Alex is a walking human being full of knowledge. If you're a homeowner that does not know anything about the process of remodeling or construction, this is the guy for you. I gladly paid a premium for his services but don't regret it a bit. He knows just about everything you need to know about the building process in DC. This is what sets him apart from the rest of his competitors - he's well informed, well connected, and super educated. His cabinet salesperson came and measured and worked with us on improving our kitchen layout. For our bathrooms, he came in and made a few suggestions that avoided us from having to pull permits which would have delayed the process. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our work here in DC. As Alex said to us if you're looking for a guy and a truck, go for it...if you're looking for a professional, he's your guy.

For the concreate pad: The guys arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and worked quickly to clear the area, set up, and pour the new pad. They even noticed additional areas that would cause future issues and resolved those as well. The value for the work was fantastic and they were able to get the project completed in less time than originally quoted. Bathroom Renovation: Again, the crew arrived promptly and worked quickly to complete the project. We were renovating a small guest bathroom that was awkwardly designed. They were able to completely modernize the space and it is now one of my favorite bathrooms in the home! Overall I would recommend working with them on any project that you may have. They are a great company and able to handle many different jobs.

We hired Capital Consolidated to fully remodel a Penn Quarter condo that we purchased to offer as a furnished short term rental. We worked with Alex remotely from Oregon from the initial design phases all the way to the final touches. We didn't even see the renovated unit until it was nearly done.
