Affordable Pressure Washing did an amazing job soft washing our vinyl siding. They were responsive, on time, and had by far the best price. I will use them again and would absolutely recommend them.

This company went above and beyond to clean our gutters. Left them squeaky clean! It was a seamless experience. They called a day before to confirm the appointment, very professional and friendly. Don’t hesitate to book with them!!

My mom had some mold growing on the siding of her house and wanted a soft wash that would not damage the paint. We could not of asked for a better job done! It looked better than we thought it would by a great margin!! Very pleased with the service which was promptly done on time and with a kind, experienced worker. The price was right as well. If we need the job done again we know who to call.

The company showed up at the stated time and explained what they were going to do and showed me a few spots which may be hard to clean.

they did a great job. Did they use organic cleaners? no... but they were fine (no smell) and they were very competitive on price.

These guys are excellent. Esp for the price. House and stone patio looks so much better almost like new... Should have cleaned it more often but very happy with results. Not knock, but be aware they don't use natural cleaners but cleaning solution seems to be used minimally.

They came early and started right away. They were professional and friendly. They moved some small items out the way and when they were finished the house looked brand new. I would definitely use them again.

They were prompt, did protective spraying of shrubbery and the roof looked much better. The debris was removed but the snake that they flushed out of the gutter was pointed out but left alive and well!!!!!! My problem with the company policy was that the estimate did not state that a surcharge of 3% would be added for pay by credit card and the invoice did not include the warranty. At my insistence they emailed the contract with the warranty included but did nothing about the unexpected excess charge for use of credit card.

It went well. Had to pay extra for concrete welled exit and the woodwork on the front porch. We thought those items were part of the house but realized that they aren't s part of the vinyl siding. Paid the extra and am satisfied with both the price and the work. Original price was $250. Ended up paying $325.

Every two years, I get my deck power-washed. The company did such a terrific job in 2018 that I hired them again. The two-man crew were friendly and worked quickly and effectively. I plan to use them the next time.

Both teams from Affordable were professional, courteous, speedy and did great work! (And came appropriately attired in masks & kept their 6' distance.) They had been here last year (pressure wash siding, clean gutters). So, it was a no-brainer to hire them for the deck work. The Affordable team applying the sealant learned that the craftsman working at the townhouse next door planned to pressure wash that siding that same day - the Affordable team took the initiative to shield my newly-sealed deck with plastic as best they could. Nice work! (And we were able to postpone the pressure washing.) Office staff is always friendly and ready to answer any queries. In short - a great experience all the way 'round. I took this contractor almost a week to contact us. The "estimate" they sent as an attachment to their email could not be read. I contacted the company for another copy, but they never responded. In the text of their email, they said that the attached email did NOT contain any pricing information. Odd.

This is my third time using this company and they are great. They’re responsive and always do fantastic work at competitive prices. I highly recommend!

Excellent! Prompt, efficient, and personable!

The original washing was good, though we had to have them return once again after the initial washing as some areas were still green. Overall we were pleased though. A year and 4 mos later though our deck had many green areas, though we were told that washings should only be needed every 2 years. They responded initially but then stopped writing back to my requests. We ended up having another company come and they did a more thorough job.
