Affordable did a great job cleaning the mold off our siding. They arrived on time and even covered our koi pond to keep debris from washing into the pond.

They were very easy to get in touch with. They scheduled an appointment right away. The crew were prompt, even a bit early, efficient and cleaned up after the job was done. He pointed out several things that might need to be taken care of, not for them to do more work, but for us to be aware of. I highly recommend them.

Did not show up in my assigned timeframe. I received a phone call and an email the day before work was scheduled, and was given a timeframe of 1-3pm. I was told I had to confirm in order to keep the appointment, so I called and confirmed. The day of the appointment, I made sure I was home by 1pm and blocked out the 2-hour timeframe. At 2:55pm I received a phone call telling me the technician was 20 minutes away. This wasted 2 hours of my day - if they had let me know earlier in the day, I could have rescheduled my day, but that was no longer an option for me.

Technician arrived on-time, was professional and polite, informative about the conditions of the gutters. I would request Jorge again and definitely use this company in the future.

Great. Scheduling was easy, polite and professional. The low pressure cleaning did not damage the siding at all - this was the worry that had made me put off a pressure cleaning for years. The guy even asked if it was okay to remove the birds nests that were under two overhangs! He said some customers do not want them removed. He also pointed out before the cleaning how some paint on the siding was already peeling off before the washing, so that we would not think it was a result of the washing. So there was a lot of attention to detail and no damage caused from the siding washing!

Both crews were great. They were meticulous and completed the job in a timely fashion.

They were very responsive to all emails which was great. We had some concerns with the initial wash and they came back to fix the issue right away. They were professional and competent. We would definitely use them again.

I received itemized estimate in about a day after I called. After I decided to hire them for the job, the job was scheduled within a few days. The tech and his helper showed up within the time window I was told. They were nice and started to work in no time, they did the wash job in about 4 hours. The green spots on my roof were gown, siding was clean like new, and most of the old staining on the deck were washed away. The deck staining and seal was done 3 days later, in a stretch of beautiful days between our raining summa this year and the residue old staining was well covered by the new seal. Communications within the entire process of the job were handled very promptly by emails and phone calls. I was very happy with almost everything, the only reason I entered a "B" for the "quality" was that a few days after job was done, I found the leaves at top of two bushes near the deck turned into brown and died, probably due to not well protected from the algae removing liquid.

The two workers showed up on schedule and had the entire place thoroughly cleaned within an hour and a half. Even the porch floors and all windows and trim were spotless. I was very impressed with their hard work and professionalism.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish! Booked entirely online. Shared emails with photos and received an estimate promptly. Invoice came via email and I just left a check for the day of the service. They did an incredible job cleaning our large patio, outdoor fireplace, and stairs down to the basement. They even removed a few weeds popping through the patio and cleaned the cushions on our outdoor furniture! It looked like new when we came home. They did all of the work for a fraction of the price quoted from other companies. Thorough, prompt, excellent service from start to finish! We will definitely use them again.

Within a few days of calling they were out cleaning my deck. Four days later they were back to seal and stain the deck. The seal & stain job was a bit more than I expected but the cleaning was a very good price. Overall I was pleased with the work and the price. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional and the deck looks great. I would definitely recommend their services.

The team arrived on time and got quickly to work. I watched from an upstairs window and was astounded to see how quickly and completely they removed the dirt and algae from our north-facing deck. The end result brought out the wood and grain. It was close to looking new even though the deck has been in place for 20 years.

On 7-5-2018 the team arrived ~ 2:30pm and started work immediately. After about 15 minutes, the skies opened up with a downpour. I thought they would reschedule or I'd be disappointed with the results. They worked through the downpour taking occasional breaks to breath and wring out themselves. When they were done I surveyed the results and was very impressed with how clean the deck and house turned out.

The crew from Softwash arrived on time. We reviewed the work to be done which included the gutters on two small sheds. I believe I got a fair price for the whole project. The crew cleaned all the gutters and reattached a downspout quickly and very neatly.
