They also power washed our concrete walkway and patio, which were heavily stained with brown filth and/or green algae. Excellent work here as well thoroughly cleaning the surface without damaging any of the surrounding landscape. Pricing: Best deal of any highly rated Angie's List company ($225 gutter cleaning, $110 concrete walk and patio power wash).

Had to reschedule from first day because equipment was broken. Work crew arrived an hour and a half late on the second date after promising they would arrive promptly at 8:00 am. The house looked clean after they finished but they sprayed from the ground at an angle upward toward top of siding which I have heard can leave water which could form mold. Felt a real professional job would have brought ladders so aim would be directly against siding and not up at an angle. Price was good but not worth risking issues with how power wash was performed. Workers were polite and worked quickly.

The guys were great. They were prepared to do a good job. They asked me if I had any instructions and explained to me what they were planning to do. They cleaned the sidings, the garage doors, the gutters, and the walkway. They worked steadlly and efficiently. By the time they were done, everything was so clean and all the moss and dirt and dust disappeared. The guys were courteous and I recommend them any day.

This was a really good experience with our roof and house exterior. I was nervous about having this service as the last time we had it done (by another company), a great deal of plant damage was caused by inaccurate measuring of chemical and insufficient covering/wetting of the bushes ( and we have a LOT of planting!). There is no damage this time that I can see and the roof and house (siding and shutters and trim) are so much brighter and cleaner. I appreciate, too, the timely, courteous and professional communication from the office and on the day of cleaning. After making an appointment they never came. I called and ask the manager to call me back he never. These guys are shady
