Description of Work: Power washed deck and reapplied special finish

Description of Work: Deck was washed acceptably, but they were awfully messy. My windows were covered with dirty spray. We have a brand new gazebo on our deck and the ceiling fan and light were covered with the dirty spray. They are 9-10 above the deck floor. They cleaned off the door to the house, but cleaned nothing else.

Description of Work: I paid $185.25 for them to pressure wash my entire home. I asked them how long they thought it would take. They told me about 20-30 minutes. They were gone right at about 20 minutes. The next day after everything dried, I went out to look at it and saw that they didn't get all of the solution off my vinyl siding. On all 4 sides of my home, there were spots where they didn't get everything washed off. I had to wipe it down myself. I thought they could've done a better job, I think they rushed through it and didn't check to see if they got everything done. If they had just taken a few extra minutes on each side, it would've made me a lot happier. Having to pay that kind of money and still having to go out and finish cleaning everything off was disappointing.

Description of Work: 2 guys arrived to seal-coat my chimney brick. They did not have the proper ladder equipment (deep "bullhorn" ladder extensions) to avoid damaging mu aluminum gutters, but they creatively worked around the problem, and did the job.

Description of Work: Great communications both on the phone and email before the job started. Very professional with the work they performed. We talked before the work started and what was to be done and areas I was concerned with. They cleaned up after the job and walked me around to inspect what was done and to make sure I was happy with it. I will definitely have them back next year.

Description of Work: Pressure washed the wood siding on my house |(approximately 2400 sf). I had some questions regarding some stains which appeared to have not been completely removed. The technician call me right back with an explanation. I was completely satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Affordable Home & Softwash Solution was hired by my home's builder after we closed, and the company sent out a crew of about 7-8 people. They washed my 20+ windows, inside and out on all 3 levels, and it took them less than an hour to do so. They had their own supplies and equipment, including ladders that reached up to the outside of our townhouse's 3rd story. They gently removed and replaced the screens, too, and all workers removed their shoes before entering the house.

Description of Work: A crew of three came to our home. We had the gentle power wash of the entire home (siding and brick) from gutter to ground, including windows. They would have hand washed the windows after the power washing for an additional reasonable charge, but we did not opt for that. In retrospect, we wish we had opted for the hand cleaning following the power wash as the windows are left with spots. We highly recommend this company. They were responsive, timely, and professional. My only advice would be for them to advise the homeowner that the power washing leaves some serious spots. Would definitely use again.
