Overall, I was very happy with the service and experience. The staff provided a very detailed estimate for multiple service after evaluating the property and they provide some helpful literature which described the soft wash process in more detail. Scheduling was simple and easy. They called to remind me of our appointment the day before and followed up the day after to ensure everything went well. Most importantly, the roof looks fantastic.

I contacted Affordable Housewashing after I saw the reviews on Angie's List. I emailed them my address, and they replied with a price for washing the exterior of the house. We set a date and time, but Jorge called earlier that morning and was able to come earlier to do the work. We walked around the house and he talked about what he would do and assured me that his cleaners would not harm the foundation plants, then he got his ladder and equipment and set to work. Our roof is only 6 months old, so it didn't need a lot of spraying. He cleaned the outside of the house, our screened porch and the front porch. When he was finished we walked around the house and checked his work. The house looks terrific! And now I can't help noticing other houses that need washing!

Amazingly fantastic. We have been using them for myself and my mom for a few years now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. First, when you call to make the appointment, the staff is so warm, friendly, caring and their sole purpose is to provide the best service and cost for their customers. The staff that arrives at your home, they are professional, well trained, so polite, friendly, eager to please and do outstanding work. They go that extra mile on their work. I wish I could go on and on about this company. It's so hard today to find honest, warm and quality companies today. This company, staff and the work they do deserve more than a 5-star review. I will never stray from this company....I will only tell others. After all, I have bragging rights!!

The service went well. The technician arrived on time. He was very thorough. I had quite a bit of green moss growing on the front of my house, and he was able to remove it all. He even cleaned the accumulated dirt on my siding and screen door. Other than a strong bleach smell that took a couple of days to dissipate, I was very satisfied and pleased with the work.

They were very courteous.But, sadly, I was disappointed in the results. I expected them to at least rub the house but instead they used a too much of my water for a less than stellar job. After I pointed out a number of places that I thought should be cleaner, if they had only rub it. The leader went back and scrubbed those places, something that should have been done to the whole house. I hired them because I knew it needed scrubbing. It was clear that this was the case at eye level on my front porch that some effort would be needed. I have my own power washer and could have done what they did. To be fair, I contacted the office and expressed by disappointment but have been too busy and never followed up with the pictures of the job, both before and after.

I think it went well, they were on time and did what they were asked to do. They removed all the mildew from everyehere, everything looks great! We will use again!

The service was okay. It was not bad. It was not great. The price was good. They did a good job. They actually had to go get water because my pressure was not working right.

It was good. I didn't pay anything extra. They said they didn't use bleach but it smelled of bleach so I'm not sure. I was having a unit installed and the man was under the porch. They acted like they didn't see it was falling all over so there was a little mess. For the most part, they were prompt and good, and the price was good once they were done, but the solution is strong and I did not consider the appliance was working as well. They were organized with what they were doing, they got right on it and got it done.

Scheduling was a bit annoying because they kept canceling and rescheduling or trying to fit me in earlier and that would fail for various reasons. If I worked this would have been really frustrating, which is why I rated them overall a B. If they fix their timeline/ scheduling issues they would get an A. Part of the problem was that it was raining most the week and that caused the first reschedule and then I think they overbooked themselves. So barring that situation happening again I think they would get an A from me. The service providers responded quickly to contact attempts via phone or email. The technicians were professional and honest about what results I should expect. I had shutters on my home that I removed and due to the weathering on the rest of the homes' siding would not match where the shutters had been even after the washing. They did a great job and made the house look much better. As far as I know the previous owner never power washed the home. I would definitely use this provider again. I used my Angie's List 5% coupon to help with this service.

The service was excellent. We just bought the house and there was a considerable amount of mildew/mold on the siding and it looks amazing. The technician even identified poor power washing done with the previous owner that explained a number of color defects that we could not identify previously. I would definitely use them again.

I called yesterday and was in a panic as my realtor wants to take pictures of my backyard and pool (before I close it for the season) next Wednesday, September 23. Barbara is the lady who helped me and she was great!!!! Knowledgeable and friendly. She said she had a cancellation for the next day, and the crew of two men were here early this morning. It took them four hours to do the work. I had not had the deck cleaned for about 15 years because some of the aggregate was getting to be fragile. I showed the lead workman and he said they could use less pressure in that area. Before they started, he walked me around to tell me what to expect. There was loose grout, etc, and he just wanted me to know what to expect when he tried to clean it. Some of the grout did come out, but I had expected it, not just because I was warned, but because I knew it was loose. These things happen. Anyway, it's nice when you're told up front the things that could happen so you can make a decision BEFORE you have problems. When they were done, the decking looked great. I was super pleased. If I were staying in this house I would have them come every year. Their prices for the size of my yard were very reasonable.

Came home from work to clean siding

Great Job was done by everybody at Affordable Soft Wash Solutions for us! They sent a courteous, knowledgeable, person (Tom) out to look at our home and give us an estimate of the cost for cleaning our spotted, stained, unattractive roof. Tom explained their "soft wash" process, and its components. He was very patient and well informed. He answered all our questions. We requested additional information on the cost of soft washing our brick and vynal siding. We were emailed a detailed estimate of the cost item by item, along with their 5-year warranty, and a detailed explanation of materials that would be used and work that would be done. Manager (Barbara) scheduled the work on our home within a day or two! I like this company because they communicate well (in person and in print), they document well (estimates, warranty, description of work all provided in print) and did they work when they said they would--- And All this at a very good price! (I know because I got estimates from two other companies as well). I appreciate they work they did and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Two men showed up on Monday and quickly washed the deck. Staining was originally scheduled for Friday, 8/14 but was delayed until Saturday 8/15 due to lack of availability of a crew. The crew arrived 55 minutes late on Saturday and did not call prior to their late arrival. Also, as it was Saturday there was no one in the office who could provide information or assistance. The four man crew immediately went about sanding and staining the deck, which took just under three hours. The cost was a little higher than the estimate of $285 because the estimate did not include sanding. The deck looks very nice and we are pleased with the work.

The only problem was that the worker arrived at 10AM for a 12PM appoitment with no notification. Affordabe was unaware that their workman showed up early and were very appologetic.The cleaning was well done but he missed some shutters not attached to the vinyl siding (which I would have been pointed out to him if he hadn't arrived early without warning) .Affordable home solutions quickly sent someone over to finish the job and even added a sealer to the shutters.They provided service over and beyond what they were responsible for.

It went well. The office called to schedule the time and very courtesy and responsive. The house was power washed to HOA's satisfaction.

I've never seen a seal/stain so beautiful! It was so good, that the guy that cuts my grass asked if I'd had a new retaining wall put in! I've had this job done multiple times over the years, and it has never looked as good as this, at around half the cost!! I'm not normally as impressed by things like this, but I was shocked. I will absolutely be using them for my projects in the future.

This provider did an excellent job. They even cleaned my walkway. I am very pleased with how this went.

I initially called Affordable Softwash Solutions because I was going to have my deck pressure washed and treated. When the guys came out they did a thorough walk around the house and the deck and called me over to show me areas of the deck that were simply rotting away. (Unfortunately this was happening across a large area of the deck) I explained that we were planning on replacing the deck in conjunction with a kitchen renovation that was planned for the fall, and we discussed the cost of repairing the current deck versus putting that money into the new deck. I REALLY appreciate the fact that these guys were super honest about the costs of repair versus replacement. So with all the facts in hand I decided to hold off on the investment in the deck repair, and concentrate on the house. These guys were meticulous in their work, and spent a good two hours getting all the junk off the siding with multiple solutions. I'd hire these guys again in a second. Great job guys!

They did a good job. They were very informative and had good pricing. They called a day before they came to confirm the appointment. They were on time and nice to talk to. They were very fast. Everything worked out great. They had great customer service.

Excellent service. I would re-hire this company in a heartbeat.

They arrived at 7am before anyone was here and were gone by 9:30. No one even knew they were here except myself of course. The wash worked and the building looked very clean afterward. It was even clean enough that we actually were able to repaint the exterior without much prep beforehand.
