small appliance repair
+ -1 moreBy 9.35 on the day of visit I had not heard anything from this company. I called and was told the engineer was on his way. to cut a long story short, the engineer finally arrive at 12.45pm and apologized. To arrive almost 3 HOURS after the time slot allocated isn't trivial when a customer's time has been booked. I was given a 'customer service' number on 3 occasions and could only leave a message. These people are not professional, not helpful and I would not recommend them at all. even when the engineer did arrive, he seemed to guess at what was wrong with my freezer and told me it wasn't worth repairing.
Description of Work: contacter was supposed to come out between the hours of 8am and 10am as arranged a week earlier to inspect a freezer that had stopped working. If you pay by credit card ahead of time, the call out fee is reduced to $50 instead of $65.
