Description of Work: Was not pleased with service at all. Had a chimney inspection on a home I was purchasing. They showed up on time, and got right to work. Then the inspector Rick made a slightly lewd comment about my real estate agent. Very unproffessional. The extent of the inspection was one of the guys climbing into the roof and taking a picture of the inside of the chimney with his cell phone. The fireplace has a wood stove insert, and no one checked it out, except to say it was was an older model and even though it "appeared" to be in good working condition, I should spend $2700 to get a new one from their company as well as having the entire inside of the chimney broken out and replaced. I then got charged $300 for this "inspection", and was never sent the formal report as promised. All I had was the estimate. Went with this company because they were available within the short timeframe I had available, but now I'll wait for a good company to be available to do the work on my chimney and fireplace
