After purchasing a home, the issues surrounding the existing deck started to come to light. Sunscape Deck Builders were the most responsive vendor out of 4 that we contacted regarding a replacement deck. After a brief walkthrough Sunscape was able to point out a few additional issues and make recommendations to build a sturdy new deck that met current building codes. The work was solid, clean looking, and moved at a good pace. Communication was good throughout the process, and our questions were answered along the way. We are very happy with our large second story synthetic deck. Will be bringing the company back for a front porch project in the near future! Highly recommended.

The job went smoothly, was finished on time and I have a fantastic deck! Tony worked every day in all kinds of weather, including snow and rain. The jobsite was always tidy. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a quality deck.

We got several quotes from different companies, but Tony offered the best prices, even though the estimates were all identical (brand, deck size, materials, etc). Tony, the owner, came out to provide a detailed estimate and his professional opinion on the project. He was familiar with all the latest premium decking products where many other deck builders were not. Tony was able to point out possible issues and provide a timely line by line estimate of work and materials and we were left very satisfied. The only reason we ended up not choosing Sunscape was because an equally reputable deck builder was able to provide us with free materials in exchange for photo rights for marketing material. The other deal was simply too good to pass up. I would absolutely not hesitate to contact tony again though for possible future projects.

From the start the communication was timely via telephone, email or text. (Which surprisingly, is not the case with many contractors.) Tony did not subcontract the work and in fact was on the job every day. Additionally, our deck was built as a Christmas gift, guess who was working in the rain on Christmas Eve to finish the job as promised...Tony! Sunscape Deck Builders built a beautiful mahogany deck. Expert craftsmanship, professional, courteous, and they cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. Our deck is very sturdy and just beautiful. We cannot recommend Tony enough. He was very patient as we made up our minds about the type of material to use.

I am so happy with Tony and Sunscape Deck Builders work. Tony worked very hard to fit us in prior to the sale of our father's home who passed away in late 2014. He was able to repair a sagging corner of the deck by raising the deck, replacing footers and beams. And it looks GREAT! I am so happy with the experience and work he did, and I hope the new home owners are too!

With out the help of Sunscape Deck Builders we would not have made our deadline of opening day. They where there when they said they would be and completed the work ahead of schedule. Each night they cleaned up the area and were very pleasant to deal with. The steps and landing they built for us look amazing.
