S&K made the process easy. Over the phone they asked if I could send pictures of the project. I sent pictures and they provided me with a rough estimate, pending a visit. They visited my home to look at the project and I didn't have to even participate in their review. They then provided a detailed estimate of the work. They came out to do the work less than a week later. The work was done within an hour, and the workers had me check their work before they left. Easy. And affordable.

Fantastic . Everything has been smooth from the team of Gary & Steve who did my windows . I was so impressed . 11 windows & 1 Bay Window in 3 days . I can’t say enough about them . Mr Lee’s team did my siding . Again 3 days here early every day took so much care like it was his own home .. I felt comfortable the whole time . Clean up of both crews was fantastic

S&K Roofing treated us like family from the very start. We had multiple roofing companies provide us with quotes, and S&K was the only one that didn't "sell" us. We were told what they provide, how they provide it, and the price they provide it for, and was not pressured with sales tactics at all. When we ran into an issue with our insurance company, S&K did everything to help us out. When our insurance company decided the roof certification wasn't enough, Cindy in the office made sure to get our new roof install scheduled ASAP to please our insurance company (and us of course!). We couldn't be happier that we chose S&K roofing to replace our roof. Dane was awesome to work with and we look forward to our future projects with S&K and Dane!

Better than I could ever have imagined. If I could have given them A+ in all of the categories I could have. They replaced my roof 2 years ago and I had the same great experience with them. We just had S&K come out to repair our roof which was in desperate need. After getting an estimate it was determined that a full replacement was necessary. Don was absolutely forthcoming and wonderful with giving us the information to move forward. Just a few short weeks after our initial estimate a team showed up to replace the roof. They were extremely efficient and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner and left our yard spotless afterwards! The price was also very fair and they went above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use S&K to fulfill our roofing needs!

The roofers just left and we are so happy with the work that I wanted to thank you immediately. The roof was complicated and they worked long hours without any let up; the result is spectacular. We were very pleased with S&K. The sales team was very prompt in getting us an estimate and a date set up. They worked with us every step of the way to pick a color and to be sure we were getting what we wanted. The day of installation, the workers were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up the yard to the point that you didn't even know they were there. They took great care to protect the rest of the house and our belongings outside while they were working. I would definitely recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with the service. The price was fair and the work performed was excellent. They don't waste your time with forcing you to meet a salesman. If you want to they will, but I never needed to. We had all our siding, gutters and soffits replaced. The rakes and fascia were capped. Our house looks brand new. We couldn't be more satisfied with the resutls.

The two man crew of Steve and Gary did a wonderful job with the install. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and did a great job of installing our new windows.

All the associates of S&K were outstanding to work with on my roofing needs. Their approach was much better than other roofing companies. They gave me an honest fair price, did not try to sell me on other products for my home and did not require a one and half hour meeting to select my roof. They measured the roof, gave me a quote and folder of information on the roofing products, were available to answer questions---but no high-pressure sales pitch. I selected S&K and am very glad I did!

Matt was prompt and was very patient and informative as I went up on the roof with him and asked him quite a few questions while he was taking measurements. Once we went inside he took the time to talk through all of the options they offer and gave me his recommendations based on both my current house design and on what would give me the most flexibility moving forward. I asked about some services that he could have tried to talk me into if he was just out for the money but he assured me that they likely weren't needed and so far he's been 100% correct. I also appreciated that there weren't any pressure tactics and that he allowed me to take my time to decide on things. Crystal and Mary were both very pleasant to work with and made scheduling the installation of my new roof and gutters straightforward and painless. I actually got a date a little sooner than I was expecting which was great! The crews showed up when they were supposed to, the work was completed as agreed upon, and my yard and garden were left clean and damage free. Overall a great experience and I'm happy to have a beautiful new roof and gutters on my home that will be worry free for many years to come. Thanks S&K!

Great service. Small job, so we were charged their minimum charge, but it was well worth it to have the job done safely and correctly. Very pleased.

Had a great experience with S&K Roofing. I love the fact that they allow me to take my time to make the decision and to shop around. No pressure sales at all and no annoying follow up calls that pressure you into making a rush decision. Josh came to see the work back in late early spring. We revised the contract twice as I needed more work done, price didn't go up by much so we ended up going with them. They did exactly what we asked, both crews (gutters and porch wrapping) were professional and on time. We highly recommend them and would hire them again for future work.

S & K did an excellent job. Communication was clear and efficient. Material used were top notch. Craftmanship was excellent. If needed, I would hire again.

I asked S&K for an estimate on a roof replacement. Josh came out and quickly assessed our roofs issues. He and S&K developed a very competitive estimate. We ended up going with another bid but all of our interactions with S&K indicated they were an "A" rated company.

We were very happy with our roof replacement experience with S&K. Josh Powers gave us a thorough explanation of the process and offered a very fair cost estimate. Eber and his team came promptly when expected and worked hard to carry out all the work and clean up in a timely manner. The team was careful to protect plants and outdoor furnishings and did a very thorough job of cleaning up when the job was finished. The roof looks great.

Called C&K on Monday March 25 to finally get this repair done, after many no shows by contractors who did not want this job because it is a small repair . Up front I told them the job was small, just 2 vinyl panels needed replacing, they said yes they do small jobs, they took down all my info and, said they would call in 24 to 48hrs to schedule an appointment.. 96hrs later, nothing, no phone call, text, telegraph or, smoke signal, just dead silence. As I have stated in other reviews, if you are swamp with work say so up front no hard feelings, we the customer will move on. But just to leave us hanging with no response is so unprofessional . Strike another contractor from my ledger that I will not ever use again.

They did it very very good. I was satisfied with them. They got back to me really quickly. I would recommend them.

S&K was one of several companies I received quotes from and with the Angie's List discount was one of the better priced. I did not have to be home for the estimate which I liked. They did not have high pressure sales tactics. They answered all my questions and concerns before contract signing. They made quick work of the roof completing in a day. I have a roof that is partially flat (slight slope) and the pitched portion. They installed all new gutters (separate crew, separate day). The only mishap is that some drywall / tile in my newly renovated bathroom shows cracks due to the weight of shingles being hoisted onto the roof so keep that in mind, I was not counting on damage to any inside rooms on a account of installing a new roof.
