Description of Work: They put the a new roof on in 1 1/2 days. My roof, after 3 months, did not look good. It looked like an old roof even though it had just been replaced .The shingles were not laying right and it would never last 10 years. They sent a supervisor out and he got upset as though I were insulting him. I would never ever use them again. They told me Angie's List recommends them and that they pay people for their reviews which I know is not true.

Ms. [Member Name Removed], We will service almost 3000 customers in 2017. Given that quantity it is impossible to say that all 3000 will go off without a problem. That said, we can generally learn from a review that points out valid concerns. I don't see that as the case here. We installed your roof approximately 18 months ago. You called us to say that your shingles were not laying properly and it was handled immediately (working around your schedule) . As far as never using our company again , after the roof was installed you requested a gutter estimate which we provided. I am not sure what prompted this review a full year and a half after our last communication. I will dispute your claim that anyone told you that we pay people for their reviews. Awsome job, and excellent cleanup!
Description of Work: New roof,removed old shingles and tarpaper, ridgevent. Replaced wit all new tarpaper,shingles and new ridgevent and new cap shingles ( that go with direction of prevailing winds). We get A LOT of winter time winds!
