Description of Work: Replaced gutter on NW side of house. Previous gutter was inadequate to drain heavy storms. Gutter was replaced with heavy gauge material in a larger size. An additional downspout was also added. The job was performed very professionally and cleanup was very good.

Description of Work: I NEEDED 3 SKYLIGHTS REPLACED, I FOUND S&K ON ANGIES LIST, I CALLED THEM FOR AN ESTIMATE, THEY CAME OUT IN THE TIME FRAME THEY SAID, GAVE ME A FAIR ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT AND THEY INSTALLED THE SKYLIGHTS ON THE DAY AND TIME THEY SAID. IT POURED RAIN 2 DAYS LATER AND WOW, NO LEAKS. EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

Description of Work: They did our basement windows, also took care of a roofing issue we had. They replaced some soffit. This included 4 basement windows.

Description of Work: Did not return phone calls, even when I stopped by office and assistant sent him an email. Then tried to convince me how very busy he was. Too busy for me. There's other roofers out there.

Description of Work: They installed a new roof, ridge vents, and blew in additional attic insulation.

Description of Work: S&K came out for an estimate a few days after I already had the work done by another company. I needed the work done in a hurry because of all the rain we have been having, we had a bad leak. S&K came out and looked at the job and noticed that the work had already been done. The guy noticed that one piece of flashing was not installed properly by the company that did fix the issue. HE FIXED IF FOR FREE!!!!!!! I can't thank S&K enough, this type of service is rare these days.

Description of Work: I chose S&K because they were close and the reports were good. I called S&K to locate and repair a ceiling leak. They found it, provided an estimate and coordinated the repair work. The leak is repaired. The cost was most reasonable! They called to schedule the work, they called once the work was done and they called following a heavy rain. They are very professional and I HIGHLY recommend them. Description of Work: S&K replaced our roof a number of years ago and we were very pleased with their work at that time. So, we contacted them again when we needed three skylights replaced. Two of them required considerable work; replacing rotted trim but they were able to complete the work in a timely manner, and they did an excellent job.
