Very prompt and professional. Came to my house on a Saturday but did not charge weekend rates since I called on Thursday. Took 2.5 hours to diagnose, pull up and replace my well pump.

Couldn't have gone better. I called the emergency line about 5:30 a.m. They returned the call within 15 minutes, and had me check a few simple things first over the phone to ensure it wasn't something I could easily fix. It wasn't. Someone was here by early afternoon; turned out to be a bad wire about 100 ft into a 350 ft well. They explained the options - repair the wire or pull the old pump and replace everything. We opted for just the wire repair.

We called on Wednesday after we noticed standing water on the lawn near the pipe. Someone came out that evening to do a spot check and confirmed our fear that it was a well leak. They apologized for not being able to come out until Friday (not a problem for us; we had no issues with the water supply into the house). Mike and Brad were out Friday morning, dug out the broken pipe, recommended replacing the pipe back to the well itself, just to be safe, and replacing the adapter at the well. Went ahead with their recommendation. They finished the job, rough graded the area, squirted down the driveway where mud had built up and were done within 3 hours. Nice people to deal with.

They came to replace a water softening tank that they claimed was unsafe , as it had some slight corrosion at the base. They discovered this when replacing the salts. I agreed for them to return and do so. When they returned, they told me the bill was close to $300. When I was going to pay, I asked for a breakdown of the costs, and I was a bit surprised that they were here for only 5 minutes and I asked what the labor charge was. They said the labor was $155 for 5 minutes! (all they had to do was unscrew the old tank and rescrew on the new one!)I also asked them what the price was for this small metal tank. They said the cost was $173, for the tank. I went on line and found the EXACT same tank, for $73.00 - and that was retail price - I assume they can get it cheaper form their wholesale supplier! They essentially charged me $100 over retail cost AND a ridiculous price for labor. I told them to please take their tank and leave... When I told them the price of the tank on line, they had no response. I would not use these people again! Complete price rip -off. BEWARE!

Spoke with them 9/8/14 about having work done on extending the height of our well casement as it wasn't up to code. Steve was very courteous and explained the process and set up the work to be done 9/15/14. On Friday 9/12/14 Steve called and said they could do the work today. Within an hour the crew showed up and went right to work and the job was finished in just over an hour. The workers were very courteous and completely cleaned up the area where they'd worked. We will definitely use Feezer in the future for any well or water system service needs we have!

Repaired broken well pump wire. Also, replaced pit less well connection and replaced water tank. They responded immediately to our call. Were very professional and efficient.

Our well pump stopped working Saturday. I called RL Feezer at about 5 on Saturday and because it was getting dark, they said they'd be out at 9 Sunday morning. They arrived at EXACTLY 9am, diagnosed the problem and repaired it within the hour. I put N/A for my price rating because I honestly do not know labor rates, but it was $375 for 2 guys for less than an hour. Perhaps it is a minimum service charge for a Sunday.

It went great. Very helpful and solved my problem.

We've had low water pressure for years and our pump was finally on it's way out. Freezer came out and pulled the pump and piping and read the date off of the pump as 1981. A pretty good life for the pump, but definitively time for a new one. They were prepared with all of the necessary parts to replace the pump and piping on the spot. It only took a couple of hours and the water was back on with better pressure than we ever had. The pump warranty was sent through the mail promptly afterwards.

My overall experience with them has been very good.

old jet well pump was running all the time and pump housing was getting extremely hot so the home owner turned off the electric to the well pump. this left no water in the home. Robert Feezer Plumbing was contacted the next morning 8am and sent a crew out by 1pm same day. only fixed the failed item,nothing more,even though the entire system was about 40years old and in need of an upgrade. the plumbers were courteous and explained what they were doing and cleaned up as well. very prompt and professional ,kind service. definitely will call them back for next plumbing problem.

Overall the experience went very well and I would definetely call upon this company again if need be.

They come every 6 months. They were right on time. They did the job well. They were polite. We have been working with them for about 10 years. We always have them come back.

Called, team arrived within hours same day, diagnose the problem, correct it, give me a bill that is reasonable, shake my hand.

We were nothing but pleased with the service. This company was referred to us by a friend who has used them for many years. We called them on Friday night when we got home and didn't have any water, and they promptly returned the call. Also called a number of other providers we found on Angie's List, all of whom either couldn't repair our pump on a weekend, or quoted really high prices. Feezer was responsive and offered us the best price. Two guys came out on Saturday morning (we had said we could wait that long -- didn't want to make them come out late on a Friday night) and were very knowledgeable and professional - and friendly. They correctly diagnosed the problem of a blown capacitor, so we didn't have to replace the entire pump as we'd feared. They also fixed a couple of other minor things that were wrong with the pump, but which didn't immediately affect its performance (e.g., they replaced a valve that gets gunked up every year or so -- now it's a wider diameter and so shouldn't clog). All told, they were exactly what we needed! They were here for a total of 2 hours, and only charged us for one guy (although two had come, in case we needed to replace the pump). Service providers take note: *this* is how you win new customers!

Two technicians next day on Saturday morning. Had to switch out for a new one since the old one was 11 years old. Took about three hours. Efficient, professional, and did not charge me the emergency weekend/holiday rate since I am a long standing customer and called as early as possible the afternoon before. Wholehearted recommendation here.

They found the problem with my water system and repaired it. They also noticed the elements on my water heater were leaking, and repaired that. They tested my water at my request. In three hours, my problem was solved and at a cost that was reasonable for the service provided. They left me with a very high opinion of them.

I was very pleased with the work. They responded within hours, knew exactly what they were doing, and corrected the problems without incident. After resolving the problem they inspected the water delivery system overall and corrected several other issues and left the place clean. They're not just a shop that "also does some water well work", they clearly specialize in it. Overall a very good experience. I'd recommend highly.

They help treat the water and also do well maintenance and they do a great job. Their service is exceptional, I can always easily set up an appointment, and they have always come out on time. I can't see them not doing good work. I have been very pleased.

Feezer Robert L Co came very quickly when we were without water. This is a very responsive and reliable company. They were professional and knew what they were doing. It's nice to know that they can come quickly in an emergency.

The hydrants are leaking. They are not willing to come out and fix the issue. I have contacted them on many occasions. They don't seem to know what's wrong and will not take care of the issue. My pump has been running every 30 min because of the leak.

They were very helpful with financing the work and worked with me so that I could have it done in an affordable manner. The quality of the work was good. I've had a long relationship with them and they've always been very prompt in emergencies. They have a lot of integrity. You can feel comfortable with their honesty. They try to do the work at the best price.
