In general, they did alright. Owner Gary personally came out to quote on general clean up and regular mowing. Prices were fair and reasonable. Crews have been mowing my lawn for a few months this summer, but are unable to follow simple instructions even after multiple reminders - they kept leaving a sprinkler set to automatically water my garden upside down on my patio instead of returning it to the yard next to my garden, mowed over berry plants I had planted, etc.

This outfit, Mauck Lawn & Landscaping, LLC certainly have NOT heard the last from me! After hiring, watching them set-up, and begin working there is no way I could be more satisfied! No, by no means have they heard the last from me. Hey, let's face it when you've got professionals to come in and work a property PERFECTLY; moreover, at such an incredibly great value without any problems it is more like what we've all been waiting a lifetime for. And that is my intention; land and hardscaping, trees, and an ongoing relationship with Mauck Lawn. Where else could one find great value, professionals with dependability and great service?

I gave them a lot of money starting in 2018 for various services but they stiffed me in November and December 2019 when I wanted to schedule lawn leaf removal. My lawn gets covered in leaves, big time.The owner (Gary) assured me that he would take care of it, but he never did. I contacted him several times about this but he basically blew me off and ignored me. He never even bothered to respond after a while - just left me hanging with a leaf-covered lawn, which will probably be smothered and mostly dead by springtime. I thought his company was professional and responsible, and cared about its customers, but I see I was wrong. One of his workers backed his lawn mower into my shed, damaging the vinyl siding and the exterior electrical box. He will not accept responsibility for it yet no one else is ever in my backyard in a position to damage things. No doubt he is ignoring me and hoping I will just forget about the damage to the shed. Maybe he went out of business due to nonperformance and his lackadaisical attitude. This is highly likely. My advice to others is run, do not walk away from Mauck Lawn and Landscaping, LLC. Take your business to a professional instead.

Gary was always on time and he and his crew worked tirelessly on my project. Cleanup was done on front and backyards, mulching, moving and replanting some bushes, and trimming others. Intensive work was performed resetting a stone stairway on a hill leading to my storage shed. Also, clearing the hill of very dense vegetation and replacing with tons of stone. He and his crew worked extremely hard on this project. I am pleased with the outcome and will hire this company for future projects.
