Had a great experience dealing with Bob and Legacy Home Remodeling. I feel they were truthful and gave me a good deal on my new roof. The workers that replaced the roof were polite and respectful of my property. They made sure that everything was cleaned up and to my satisfaction. A second crew came by the next day to inspect the area and clean up anything that was missed and asked if I had any questions. Would definitely hire again!

I asked for quotes from three companies for a roof replacement. The first two came and were the equivalent of having car salesmen in your home. High prices, negotiating discounts and trying to pressure me into an immediate sale. Bob, the owner of Legacy, was a totally different story. He took measurements, skipped the BS and gave a very reasonable quote. Instead of pressuring, he wrote the quote on a business card and told me to call if I wanted to go with him. The job was done professionally and when there was a small issue with the removing of an attic fan, he took money off the price and told me to call if there were any additional issues. I would highly recommend the company.

After researching the cost of replacing the 25-year-old roof on my 47-year-old house and meeting with a few contractors to receive estimates, I turned to Home Advisor to find a company that offered the product and services I was looking for at a competitive price. I was contacted by Robert Bennett, the owner of Legacy Home Remodeling, Inc., the same day I submitted my request and met with him soon after. Mr. Bennett was knowledgeable, straightforward, and provided a competitive estimate for the product I was looking for. I greatly appreciated his no-nonsense approach, his advice, and his recommendations. Further, he regularly communicated regarding the installation date based upon our schedule and the unpredictable spring weather. Douglas and his crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly for twelve hours the first day. They not only removed the old shingles and installed new shingles, but they spent the time to assess the condition of the roof and repaired it as needed. On day two, they spent a few hours finishing roofing details and removing the old roof debris from my front and back lawns. I was particularly concerned about the amount of debris on my lawn but they did a remarkable job cleaning up. They went above and beyond! The project was completed on time and on budget. The roof looks great and I could not be happier with the service and the final results!
