+ 2 moreHe turned out not to be a very reliable. If a problem turned out, he would ignore it. He used to tell that he would come and fix it, but I would never see him again. The price was fairly high. Where he was good, he was quite good. His carpenters were really good. He had painters paint the outside of the house when it was freezing or ever cold and the paints came off. He hired someone else to do a good job, but the parts that the original painter did have peeled badly.
Description of Work: We used Herman Construction Inc to do the restoration, put on an addition, and put in a geothermal heating system to our 18th century house in 2005. He worked for one and a half years.
