Description of Work: I had mice in my attic and a stubborn squireel. Fogle came out immediately discovered what was making the noises and within a week had removed and replaced all insulation (which had been befouled by the mice) and gotten rid of the squirrels even coming back to get the last one later. Fogle has been back for a follow up appt and have always been very personable and professional.

Description of Work: We live near a wooded area and every so often have a rodent visitor. I've purchased a few rodent exclusion packages over the past 8 or so years and this experience did not mirror my previous experiences. The tech came out and asked where I'd seen evidence of rodents. He placed traps in those areas. In my previous experience, other companies have gone through the entire house to check. During the visit, the tech answered his cell phone to take a call but it clearly wasn't a business call because of the way he answered. He was at my house all of 20 minutes. A few days later I saw droppings in my toddler's room. I called back for a follow up. The lady that I spoke with was very accommodating but ultimately the timing did not work. I have not seen any additional evidence of visitors but I would not likely use the company again. The tech was not thorough enough for me personally. Overall because theater seems to be resolved I guess the experience was fine. I'm impartial.

Description of Work: We had an occasional bat problem in one area of our hip-style roof, causing me to have to cut through the dry wall a couple of times to remove the critters. The company came out, did a complete inspection of our attic, and located the problem area. They also located additional problem spots, showing me as much as I could maneuver through the attic to see. Inspection was very thorough and professional. Recommended a spray treatment, excrement removal, and "patching" of the problem areas. Price included the inspection plus one whole house treatment of recommendations listed above. Follow up visits, recommended but optional, are an additional $65.00. I believe this to be well worth the value alone, but the service provided was also very friendly and professional.

+ -1 moreWe were looking for a local company to get rid of these black and red beetles that infested our basement. Called the office and got an appointment right away. The inspector came out and looked all around the outside then the inside including the attic. He showed me all he found and explained that the beetles are box elder bugs, he also showed me mice droppings in the garage, kitchen and basement. We signed up for a bi-monthly service and the technician came out the net day. He put mouse feeding stations outside and sprayed all around the house, then came in and did the basement and kitchen areas. We've had a few visits already and we have seen a lot of improvement. Everyone we have come in contact with, from the office staff to the inspector and technician have all been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We wanted a local family owned company that treats us right and we can afford, we got that with Fogle.
Description of Work: Treated my home inside and outside for box elder bugs, mice, spiders and stinkbugs.
