This company is highly knowledgeable in insurance restoration. I had no idea my insurance would cover a full roof replacement, but Diamond knew all the right things to do in order to get it all paid for. They handled all aspects of my claim and I only had to talk to my insurance company one time. The building crew did a fantastic job on the build, they completed the job in one day and did a thorough clean up job. If you have a storm in your area and this company knocks on your door give them a chance, you’d be surprised what your insurance will pay for.

Ben Hankey did an incredible job with our roofing project. He was on time for all the meetings and quick to get back to me on any questions I had. Best of all, Ben handled the whole insurance process for me. The crew also did a fantastic job with the roof replacement, it looks great and they cleaned up everything.

Awesome and very professional company walked me through the whole process and saved me alot of money compared to other companies I looked into , would highly recommend!

Our house was very badly damaged by hail this past summer and when Nick from diamond told me that he could get me approved for a brand new roof and siding replacement I didn’t believe it at first but I was quickly running out of options so I decided to put my faith in him, and he made it happen! The insurance company paid for everything and I couldn’t be happier! Extremely satisfied and I highly recommend!

Fantastic, Every part of the process!!

Marcus, my project manager at DHR was a pleasure to work with. He handled everything for us, from reporting the claim to the final completion. He was there every single step. Communication was fast and responsive. The home insurance we have is a bit tough when it comes to approving for a whole new entire roof but somehow Marcus got us approved for an ENTIRE new roof. We only had to pay for our deductible. If you are ever skeptical about insurance claims, please do not hesitate and give Marcus at DHR a call, you will be in good hands. I want to thank Marcus and DHR for their work.

I was a bit skeptical when their sales rep Colby knocked on my door, I didn’t believe I could get a new roof without ever spending a penny, but Colby found a way to make it work. I’ve dealt with contractors before and it’s always been a headache, working with Colby couldn’t have been anymore different. It was no trouble contacting him, he was extremely helpful through the process plus he got me a new upgraded roof that I didn’t have to pay for! After this experience Diamond is the only company I would ever want to do contracting work through, the experience was seamless, would absolutely recommend!!!

The service was awesome!!!! Diamond did a free roof inspection when some companies were charing $200-$500 and they were able to get my whole roof replaced by my insurance!!!!!

I could not believe these guys were able to fully replace and upgrade my damaged roof and old aluminum siding due to recent storm damage and the only thing I had to pay was a portion of my deductible as they helped me with ways to pay it off. I was completely mind blown and extremely satisfied Nick did such an amazing job for me! I highly HIGHLY recommend these guys!
