Description of Work: Installed a new heat pump inside and outside units. They arrived on time and the place was clean when they left. Great company and employees.

Description of Work: Checked unit out for service after Angie 's List provider Sunn Corp said they could fix existing unit problem by installing a larger air handler unit inside house, because of F ratings on Angie list I did not feel comfortable with their assestment so I called a family friend who suggested the Klien Co. who I called and set up an appointment for them to examine unit and verified Sunn Corp. estimate which was high according to them and units they wanted to install were not compatiable with each other, There suggestion of a new inside unit was not agreed with by the Klien Co. (They suggested our heating bill my go up and that in door unit could possibly ruin outside unit beyond repair. There was no charge for their visits prior to the Klien Co. installing a new heat pump unit.

Description of Work: Installed new ductwork for new HVAC System. I have used them for many jobs ranging from 1000 to 5000. It went great. Carl and Matt are very professional and will always see a job through to the end . They offer the best combination of quality, service, and price. Great Company.

Description of Work: Installed new heat pump and furnace incorrectly. First repairman, said unit was fixed, stated they installed units, by connecting heat and a/c to run at the same time. Complained a second time,unit was not cooling home correctly, and had received an electric bill 5 times higher, then ever received before. Second repairmen came, fixed the unit, and stated that the heat,a/c, and emergency heating were incorrectly installed. Also the thermostat and connections to units were not correct.

Description of Work: I had Charles Klein build our shower, which was a pretty complicated system, they sent inexperienced workers. Now, 8 years later (since 2006, we have a leak under the shower, into our rock wall, and directly into the basement! We have to take the whole thing apart to have it repaired. We attempted to contact them so they could come and repair it, and gave up after 5 attempts, with our call being unanswered. Do not use this company. It will only create problems, and they will not stand behind their work.
