Description of Work: I have an older garage door that would not go down and stay down when you pressed the garage door button. the path from the LED beam was clear and both sensors were good. Brian over the phone explained how to adjust the sensitivity. once that was complete, the garage door works perfectly.

 + -1 moreI was looking around for a new garage opener because our current one would wake up our son when used. When looking at our options at installers, we came across Central Garage Door of MD. I sent an email around 7:30pm requesting an estimate. Within 30 minutes, I received a response from Brian with a few questions. We went back and forth with a few emails as I had a few questions as well. Brian answered all of my questions and gave me a quote via email within 90 minutes of my original email. I took the night to consider the quote and accepted it in the morning. Brian was at my house within 3 hours of me accepting the quote to install the new garage door opener. He did a great job, was quick to answer all of my questions, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door service. The opener he installed is extremely quiet, I can no longer hear it from our living room right above the garage door. He also did some service on our door to make it quieter. I honestly don't think you can find a better person to do your garage door work.
Description of Work: Brian replaced our chain garage door opener with a belt drive opener.
