They arrived late, didn't have all the materials needed, and performed in a sloppy, unprofessional manner. The time and price estimate I was quoted by the owner ran over by several hours and several hundred dollars. All of the holes they made in the drywall were jagged and cut larger than the fixture escutcheons. As a result of their sloppy work I had to uninstall my fixtures, make drywall repairs, then reinstall the fixtures. This completely defeated the purpose of paying them to do the installations. They were only good at running wire from point A to point B while doing extensive drywall damage. . I called the owner and voiced my concerns to the owner. He came out to look at the work and made no apologies nor offered any money off the price. Just stated "We're electricians, not drywall guys." No apologies. The only thing he agreed to correct was one severely crooked switch panel. I was left with several days worth of drywall work which I had to correct myself. Unacceptable.

I was impressed with their punctuality in arriving to provide me with an estimate. After that, things went downhill fast. After several weeks of leaving messages, the electircian finally showed up. Work was done but it failed inspection. Many more calls went without a reply but the bill arrived. I took the time to study for, and pass, the limited electrical exam that Carroll County offers to homeowners. I then immediately "fired" Brosenne off of the job and applied for my own permit. I completed the work myself and it passed with flying colors. In the end, I paid Brosenne only for some parts that they provided that I was able to use to complete the project and still they did not call me to explain. I would not recommend them to anyone.
