Description of Work: BKS Home Improvements did a lot of work in my house. He painted my deck, power washed my deck and house, replaced a part of the decking because the wood had rotted and replaced my mailbox because that had rotted away.

Description of Work: Bryan did a fantastic job of powerwashing house and deck, painting house and staining our deck, including underneath, and replaced and damaged wood that he found.

Description of Work: BKS was hired to paint and install crown molding for my living room/dinning room/library. The start date was May 23, 2011 and Bryan showed up right on time. He went right to work removing my old wallpaper and installing the crown molding. The next day Bryan was there with an employee and they both went to work right away. The work is excellent. The crown molding is beautiful and the painting (included white trim) couldn't be better. A few spots were repaired and you would never know they were there. The job ran over 1 day because of the difficulty in removing the old wallpaper. (The old wallpaper had been up for quite sometime.) Bryan finished with the original quote despite the fact that additional time was needed. By the way, Bryan is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with.
