We cannot say enough about Andres and his professionalism and excellent results. He was very responsive to our request for a proposal and he described in detail his planned approach to the various surfaces. He also was very responsive in scheduling a date for the work. The results were outstanding - the stone and brick surfaces at our home look practically new. It is well worth engaging someone who has the knowledge, expertise and right equipment to tackle any surface. On top of it all, Andres is a really nice person and we enjoyed meeting him. We will look forward to an opportunity to work with him again.

Outstanding experience from initial contact (on a weekend...and he responded by email within just hours), through scheduling the quote, to answering all of my questions, to arriving right on-time (with a confirmation the day before just as he promised he would) to the work itself!

The work took the better part of a day. Andres cleaned everything extremely well with a warm water cleaning solution, and a mix of low and high pressure rinses. Washing was done with his water supply. This was good for us since we are on a well. Windows were mopped and squeegee’d. Lower windows were wiped with microfiber cloth. Porch roofs and floors were also cleaned, and a small patio and the sidewalks too—really everything around the house was done! Mildew was gone from shady places and the porches are again paint-ready. It’s been several weeks and there are no--zero—casualties among flowers, herbs, plants or grasses that were drenched in the process. Andres was courteous, worked all the time, and answered questions readily. He did not rush the job. His washing equipment and vehicle appeared well-maintained with no problems during the job. Supplies and consumable cleaning tools looked new; certainly not worn-out, frayed or dirty. We were given a written proposal, and no deposit was needed. Calls were returned. The work began and was completed on schedule as promised. The estimate was very reasonable and competitive. Call other companies for comparison, but do call Baltimore PressureWashers for a proposal. They/ He earned the highest rating we can give.

It went very well. Cost was more than fair, on time, and very thorough. Was referred to me by my parents. Very pleased, thank you Baltimore pressure washers!

Checked out three different contractors before going with Baltimore Pressure Washers. House and roof needed deep clean and algae removal from roof. BPW offered complete quote ahead of job with full description of services. Service was professional, thorough and clean, definitely delivered as quoted and expected. Siding and roof look clean (algae completely removed from roof) and probably will add another five years on life of roof. BPW will meet your expectations on service, schedule and price. Bottom line - highly recommend, old school service and integrity.

Andres did an excellent job. He showed up as scheduled and did a very thorough job. Even did a little extra by scrubbing the skylights on my porch. My windows are now spotless and I would definitely use him again for any power wash or window cleaning work

Andres did a great job. He was prompt for both the estimate as well as the job. Everything was brought back to brand new condition, even some areas that I thought were long gone. He took the time to get in areas that 3 previous pressure washer contractors did not get to. (on top of chimneys and behind shrubs). I have a two story house with walk out on one side, so 4 stories up including attic. He was able to clean everything, including patio and sidewalks. Patio (pavers) came out excellent with minimal disruption of joining sand and stone and mortar sidewalks cleaned up nice. If you are looking for someone who has the equipment to do the job right, and on time, I highly recommend Baltimore Pressure Washers.

Last time he power washed our home and deck and they looked wonderful. He came with a trailer full of professional power washing equipment. This time he sealed our deck and it looks so good. Andres performed an incredibly thorough washing of our siding, gutters and downspouts, brickwork, roof, and deck. Every visible surface sparkles like new! I would be delighted to hire him again. He is a pleasure to work with.

Honestly, if I could give a better grade I would. He was professional, prompt, courteous...everything you should expect from a contractor; however, he went above and beyond my expectations. Our rental home looked like we just painted it. We were very impressed by him as a business person as well as the work he provided.

Great. Andres was on time, very professional and a pleasure to work with. He saw areas of the house that needed specific attention due to dirt buildup. When finished, the house looked new. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use him again.

Andreas is very professional, knowledgeable and a really nice guy too.. He has state of the art equipment and is very skilled at his trade. One of the better overall experiences I've had with a company I've hired to do work on my home. He does the work himself which is really important. I hired him on the spot. Didn't even get any other estimates which is not my normal way of getting projects done on my house.... I must say I made a great decision!!

Andres was prompt in calling and showing up to give us a quote. The end results were beautiful and very professional.

The side of our house was looking rough and the deck definitely needed some TLC before I called him. He was right on time and very polite. Did a wonderful job, very thorough and detailed. I didn't realize just how bad the siding looked until it was all clean!
