+ -1 moreWhen I called I spoke with Todd, one of the owners. He was able to set up a date for the work within a couple of days. The two men from Arclight came in & after introducing themselves, went right to work. They were very professional and did a superb job! They were both pleasant and left the areas worked clean & neat. The service was excellent & I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Set up my LCD HD TV, DVD Player, HD Cable box & Tivo in my den; wired them so that they worked well together; set up the Tivo, including the actual on-screen Tivo set-up. After all that was done they went over how to use the various controls. They also reconnected my Bose system, in the family room, so that the DVD was working again.

+ -1 moreARCLIGHT IS VERY FAIR IN THEIR PRICING OF THE THEATRE EQUIPMENT. WE RESEARCHED AND 'SHOPPED AROUND' BEFORE DECIDING ON ARCLIGHT. NOT ONLY WAS GARY CONRAD FROM ARCLIGHT EXTREMELY HELPFUL, BUT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERY NUANCE OF THE THEATRE PROJECT. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH ARCLIGHT!
Description of Work: WE HAD A THEATRE ROOM CREATED BY ARCLIGHT. THE THEATRE ROOM INCLUDING A 120' SCREEN, PROJECTOR AND SOUND SYSTEM WITH CUSTOM CABINETRY INCLUDED IN THE DESIGN.
