I had first contacted companies that just did closets and they wanted a lot more money for the job. I hired this company instead and they did have a price that was a little better. They could have been a little better with some of the small details, like caulking. I felt the quality of the work could use improvement but I was still satisfied with the result. They were able to finish the job in a day and a half and did what I asked for.

Called to obtain estimate for work. Was given estimate over the phone and able to schedule work for the next day. The gentleman doing the work was very polite, on time, and did an excellent job. Left no mess.

I would not use this service again. The service man was not able to fix the toilet and claimed the problem was a defect in the toilet tank and recommended purchasing a new tank. Working on the toilet consumed most the morning, so I paid for his time though my plumbing problem was not fixed. After consulting a plumber and plumbing supply store both agreed the tank was not the problem. So, I had to hire a plumber to fix the toilet. While the worker painted a spare bedroom as requested, he painted over the outlet covers instead of removing them. So, I now have to purchase new covers. For some reason, after removing the curtains from the basement sliding glass doors, he left them in a pile on the floor. The minor jobs he completed took, in my mind, too long. I don't object to the rates charged by this company ($75/hr) but I am concerned about the possibility of padding a bill by slow and inefficient work. The job was estimated to take 6-8 hrs but it took about 10.5 hrs.

If you do not want or can not provide the materials they will shop for them (at the hourly rate) and add cost of materials to your bill. The gentleman that did the work was courteous and efficient. It took approximately 4 hours which was the estimate based on my description of the problem. The company handled my call in a courteous and timely manner. And the cost was acceptable.
